Claims (10)
- 複合材料からなる回転動力伝達シャフト(12)の中空本体(20)をプルトル―ジョン法により形成する方法であって、方法は、補強材(72)に樹脂を含浸させるステップを含み、
方法は更に、
強化織物(82)をプルトル―ジョンチャック(86)の周りに配置して、プルトル―ジョンチャック(86)に巻き付けるステップであって、織物(82)が、チャックの長手軸(94)に直角な平面に配置される周方向繊維(92)を含む、巻き付けるステップと、
樹脂含浸補強材(72)を強化織物(82)の周りに堆積させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 強化織物(82)を配置するステップが、このソックス形状織物をチャック(86)の周りに取り付けることにより行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記強化織物(82)をプルトル―ジョンチャック(86)の周りに乾燥状態で堆積させ、そして次に、樹脂含浸補強材(72)の樹脂を、強化織物(82)に接触させて含浸させることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記強化織物(82)が、繊維が直交している状態の2D織物であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 強化織物(82)の前記周方向繊維(92)が、これらの織物繊維の全ての80%超を占めていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記補強材(72)が幾つかの一方向配向繊維から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 方法が、補強材(72)に樹脂を含浸させるステップの後に、補強材(72)を成形するステップを含み、成形するステップを行なっている間に、樹脂含浸補強材(72)を強化織物(82)の周りに堆積させる前記ステップが行なわれるだけでなく、補強材及び強化織物により形成される組付体を硬化させるステップが行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 方法が、硬化させるステップの後に、得られた管状部材(99)を切断して、回転動力伝達シャフトの前記本体を取得するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 航空機用ターボ機械のアクセサリーシステム(1)の入口部材(34)と出口部材(32)との間に配置されるように構成されることが好ましい回転動力伝達シャフト(12)であって、前記回転動力伝達シャフトは、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って取得される中空本体(20)を有し、中空本体(20)の両方の端部では、2つのシャフトノーズピース(30a,30b)がそれぞれ、前記入口部材及び前記出口部材と協働するよう適合されて取り付けられ、各ノーズピース(30a,30b)は、ノーズピースの接続先の本体端部(20a,20b)に形状嵌合リンクによって回転可能に結合され、形状嵌合リンクは、非円形横断面を有する第1表面(58a,58b)により行なわれ、非円形横断面は、接続先のノーズピースを収容する本体端部に形成される、回転動力伝達シャフト(12)。
- 航空機用ターボ機械のアクセサリーシステム(1)であって、前記アクセサリーシステムの入口部材(34)と出口部材(32)との間に配置される請求項9に記載の少なくとも1つの回転動力伝達シャフト(12,6)を備える、アクセサリーシステム(1)。
