1. A data interaction processing system including at least two first terminals, a server and a second terminal, the system comprising:

send promotion information of target data and the target data to a server;
the server, configured to:
send the promotion information to at least two of the first terminals after receiving the promotion information of the target data; and the first terminal, configured to:
generate response information respectively after receiving the promotion information.

send promotion information of target data and the target data to a server;
the server, configured to:
send the promotion information to at least two of the first terminals after receiving the promotion information of the target data; and the first terminal, configured to:
generate response information respectively after receiving the promotion information.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the server is further configured to:
if more than one first terminal sends the response information at the same time, select one of first terminals based on the priority level recorded in the database;
send the target data matching with the promotion information to the selected first terminal; and
if more than one first terminal sends the response information at the same time, select one of first terminals based on the priority level recorded in the database;
send the target data matching with the promotion information to the selected first terminal; and
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the first terminal is further configured to acquire the target data.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the database stores information of the priority level of at least two first terminals in advance.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the first terminal is further configured to:
receive information of the acquisition method of an Object Credit Certificate;
and execute the function of electronic commerce to acquire the Object Credit Certificate.

13. The system of claim 1, wherein the server is further configured to send failure information to other unselected first terminals when sending the target data matching with the promotion information to the selected first terminal.
14. The system of claim 1, wherein the response information includes the pre-stored information of the first terminal with the priority level.
15. The system of claim 14, wherein information of the first terminal at least includes one of the user's name.
16. The system of any one of claims 14 to 15, wherein information of the first terminal includes operating logs.
17. The system of any one of claims 14 to 16, wherein information of the first terminal at least includes credit rating.
18. The system of any one of claims 1 to 17, wherein the priority level includes the success rate of the data interaction.
19. The system of any one of claims 1 to 18, wherein the priority level includes the credit rating.
20. The system of any one of claims 1 to 19, wherein the priority level includes the prestored data volume.
21. The system of any one of claims 1 to 20, wherein the server identifies the priority level of the second terminal based on the one or multiple conditions.
22. The system of any one of claims 1 to 21, wherein the target data includes product information.
23. The system of any one of claims 1 to 22, wherein the target data includes text data.
24. The system of any one of claims 1 to 23, wherein the target data includes audio data.
25. The system of any one of claims 1 to 24, wherein the target data includes program data.
26. The system of any one of claims 1 to 25, wherein the target data includes fund data in the financial field.
27. The system of any one of claims 1 to 26, wherein the first terminal is a buyer's terminal.
28. The system of any one of claims 1 to 26, wherein the second terminal is a seller's terminal.
29. The system of any one of claims 1 to 26, wherein the server includes an electronic commerce platform.
