Abstract
A data interaction processing method, device and system. The method comprises: a first terminal sets target data requirement information, and sends a request calling for second terminal information to a server (S10); the server receives the request, and sends information of at least one second terminal to the first terminal (S11); the first terminal selects a target second terminal from within the received second terminal information, and sends target second terminal information and the target data requirement information to the server (S12); the server sends the target data requirement information to the target second terminal (S13); the target second terminal sends target data matching the requirement information to the first terminal (S14); the first terminal obtains the target data (S15). The present invention enables the first terminal to select according to requirements a second terminal to perform target data interaction, thereby increasing the matching speed.

27. The method of any one of claims 16 to 26, wherein the target data includes fund data in the financial field.
28. The method of any one of claims 16 to 27, wherein the first terminal is a buyer's terminal.
29. The method of any one of claims 16 to 27, wherein the second terminal is a seller's terminal.
30. The method of any one of claims 16 to 27, wherein the server includes an electronic commerce platform.
31. A data interaction processing method for a secure online transaction between a buyer and a seller, the method applied in a first terminal associated with the buyer, the method comprising:
setting required information of target data;
sending a call request for second terminal information to a server, the server having pre-stored second terminal information for each of a plurality of second terminals for use in a target second terminal selection by the buyer at the first terminal;

selecting a target second terminal from the second tenninal information sent by the server, the target second terminal being the seller;
sending information of the target second terminal and the required information of the target data to the server;
receiving target data matching with the required information of the target data from the target second terminal; and accepting the target data to complete the data interaction between the first terminal buyer and the target second terminal for the online transaction between the buyer and the seller.

33. The method of claim 32, wherein the object credit certificate is a web-based electronic certificate integrating target commodity/service information from a target commodity/service provider and essential functions of electronic commerce.
34. The method of claim 33, wherein the target commodity/service information includes attributes information.
35. The method of claim 34, wherein the attributes information includes a product's name.
36. The method of any one of claims 34 to 35, wherein the attributes information includes price information of a product.
37. The method of any one of claims 34 to 36, wherein the attributes information includes information of a settlement account of the provider.

46. A data interaction processing computer device associated with a buyer for a secure online transaction between the buyer and a seller, the device comprising:
a delivery module, configured to:
set required information of target data;

a receiving module, configured to receive the second terminal from the server; and select a target second terminal from the second terminal information sent by the server;
an executing module, configured to:
receive the target data matching with the required information from the target second terminal; and accept the target data to complete the data interaction between the first terminal and the target second terminal for the online transaction between the buyer and the seller.

48. The device of claim 47, wherein the object credit certificate is a web-based electronic certificate integrating target commodity/service information from a target commodity/service provider and essential functions of electronic commerce.
