Abstract

A data exchange processing method and device. The data exchange processing method comprises: a server receives target data requirement information transmitted by a first terminal, the requirement information including characteristics information of the target data (301); searching in a database for at least two second terminals matching the characteristics information (302); after determining that a second terminal matching the characteristics information is found, transmitting to the second terminal an acquisition request for acquiring the target data (303). The present method effectively enhances the merchandise screening efficiency.

In this way, on one hand, improve the efficiency of the first terminal, on the other hand, guarantee the transmission safety when the second terminal is sending the target data.

Claims (57)

Claims:
1. A system for data exchange processing in an electronic transaction, the system comprising:
a buyer terminal configured to send to an electronic transaction server required information for obtaining target data, wherein the required information for obtaining target data includes characteristic information of the target data for electronic data transmission with target seller terminals;
wherein the buyer terminal is further configured to generate a transaction order according to the target data;
the electronic transaction server configured to:
search at least two target seller terminals in a database when receiving the required information for obtaining target data, wherein the electronic transaction server uses the characteristic information of the target data to find the at least two target seller terminals matching the characteristic information of the target data; and send to one of the at least two target seller terminals a request for obtaining the target data if one of the at least two target seller terminals matches with the characteristic information of the target data; and a seller terminal configured to receive the required information for obtaining target data to send the target data for electronic data transmission to the buyer terminal directly.
2. A system for data exchange processing in an electronic transaction, the system comprising:
a buyer terminal configured to send to an electronic transaction server required information for obtaining target data, wherein the required information for obtaining target data includes characteristic information of the target data for electronic data transmission with target seller terminals;

the electronic transaction server configured to:
search at least two target seller terminals in a database when receiving the required information for obtaining target data, wherein the electronic transaction server uses the characteristic information of the target data to find the at least two target seller terminals matching the characteristic information of the target data; and send to one of the at least two target seller terminals a request for obtaining the target data if one of the at least two target seller terminals matches with the characteristic information of the target data; and a seller terminal configured to receive the required information for obtaining target data to send the target data for electronic data transmission to the buyer terminal directly;
wherein characteristic information of the target data includes the amount of views for the target data.
3. A system for data exchange processing in an electronic transaction, the system comprising:
a buyer terminal configured to send to an electronic transaction server required information for obtaining target data, wherein the required information for obtaining target data includes characteristic information of the target data for electronic data transmission with target seller terminals;
the electronic transaction server configured to:

search at least two target seller terminals in a database when receiving the required information for obtaining target data, wherein the electronic transaction server uses the characteristic information of the target data to find the at least two target seller terminals matching the characteristic information of the target data; and send to one of the at least two target seller terminals a request for obtaining the target data if one of the at least two target seller terminals matches with the characteristic information of the target data; and a seller terminal configured to receive the required information for obtaining target data to send the target data for electronic data transmission to the buyer terminal directly;
wherein the target data is the information about an Object Credit Certificate.
4. A system for data exchange processing in an electronic transaction, the system comprising:
a buyer terminal configured to send to an electronic transaction server required information for obtaining target data, wherein the required information for obtaining target data includes characteristic information of the target data for electronic data transmission with target seller terminals;
the electronic transaction server configured to:
search at least two target seller terminals in a database when receiving the required information for obtaining target data, wherein the electronic transaction server uses the characteristic information of the target data to find the at least two target seller terminals matching the characteristic information of the target data; and send to one of the at least two target seller terminals a request for obtaining the target data if one of the at least two target seller terminals matches with the characteristic information of the target data; and a seller terminal configured to receive the required information for obtaining target data to send the target data for electronic data transmission to the buyer terminal directly;
wherein the target data is the information about the obtaining method of Object Credit Certificate.
5. The system of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein characteristic information of the target data includes a ratio of positive reviews.
6. The system of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein characteristic information of the target data includes keywords of the target data.
7. The system of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein characteristic information of the target data includes attributes of the target data.
8. The system of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein characteristic information of the target data includes a recommended index.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the recommended index includes the amount of recommendation.
10. The system of claim 4, wherein the obtaining method is a link address for accessing to the Object Credit Certificate.
11. A method for data exchange processing in an electronic transaction, the method includes:

a buyer terminal sends to an electronic transaction server required information for obtaining target data, wherein the required information for obtaining target data includes characteristic information of the target data for electronic data transmission with target seller terminals;
the electronic transaction server searches at least two target seller terminals in a database, when receiving the required information for obtaining target data, wherein the electronic transaction server uses the characteristic information of the target data to find the at least two target seller terminals matching the characteristic information of the target data; and the electronic transaction server sends to one of the at least two target seller terminals a request for obtaining the target data if one of the at least two target seller terminals matches with the characteristic information of the target data;
the target seller terminal receives the required information for obtaining target data to send the target data for electronic data transmission to the buyer terminal directly; and generating a transaction order according to the target data.
12. A method for data exchange processing in an electronic transaction, the method includes:
a buyer terminal sends to an electronic transaction server required information for obtaining target data, wherein the required information for obtaining target data includes characteristic information of the target data for electronic data transmission with target seller terminals;
the electronic transaction server searches at least two target seller terminals in a database, when receiving the required information for obtaining target data, wherein the electronic transaction server uses the characteristic information of the target data to find the at least two target seller terminals matching the characteristic information of the target data; and the electronic transaction server sends to one of the at least two target seller terminals a request for obtaining the target data if one of the at least two target seller terminals matches with the characteristic information of the target data; and the target seller terminal receives the required information for obtaining target data to send the target data for electronic data transmission to the buyer terminal directly;
wherein characteristic information of the target data includes the amount of views for the target data.
13. A method for data exchange processing in an electronic transaction, the method includes:
a buyer terminal sends to an electronic transaction server required information for obtaining target data, wherein the required information for obtaining target data includes characteristic information of the target data for electronic data transmission with target seller terminals;
the electronic transaction server searches at least two target seller terminals in a database, when receiving the required information for obtaining target data, wherein the electronic transaction server uses the characteristic information of the target data to find the at least two target seller terminals matching the characteristic information of the target data; and the electronic transaction server sends to one of the at least two target seller terminals a request for obtaining the target data if one of the at least two target seller terminals matches with the characteristic information of the target data; and the target seller terminal receives the required information for obtaining target data to send the target data for electronic data transmission to the buyer terminal directly;

a buyer terminal sends to an electronic transaction server required information for obtaining target data, wherein the required information for obtaining target data includes characteristic information of the target data for electronic data transmission with target seller terminals;
the electronic transaction server searches at least two target seller terminals in a database, when receiving the required information for obtaining target data, wherein the electronic transaction server uses the characteristic information of the target data to find the at least two target seller terminals matching the characteristic information of the target data; and the electronic transaction server sends to one of the at least two target seller terminals a request for obtaining the target data if one of the at least two target seller terminals matches with the characteristic information of the target data; and the target seller terminal receives the required information for obtaining target data to send the target data for electronic data transmission to the buyer terminal directly;

and generating a transaction order according to the target data.
