A data exchange processing method and device. The second terminal obtains the target data or its permission or its ownership. This process is for the target data interaction. Therefore, the first terminal describes the characteristic information of data interaction objects, it enables the server screen and match the characteristic information accurately. The interacting data is offered by meeting with requirement of the objects. On one hand, the efficiency of the first terminal is improved, on the other hand, the safety of data transmission is improved when the second terminal transmits data.

For example, when the first terminal or the second terminal(or other interaction parties) has the Object Credit Certificate of commodity/service, the link address can be clicked or selected, the certificate is opened directly and showed in the webpage, the webpage is used to provide the target commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic commerce, such as the introduction of target commodity/service, specifications, purchasing records, reviews and the jumpable order generation interface or the link button of payment interface etc. More preferably, all the functions of the required order generation are completed automatically when the link can be clicked. In this way, the order generation can be completed by one-click, even the order generation and payment can be completed by one-click.
[116] Besides, the sending module 503 is used to send the target data to the second terminal. It enables second terminal to obtains the ownership of the Object Credit Certificate or achieve the function of electronic commerce through the Object Credit Certificate to obtain the commodity/service.
[117] Further, the Object Credit Certificate sent to the data interaction process device by the first terminal includes the identification information of the first terminal. When the second terminal acquires this Object Credit Certificate's ownership, the identification of the first terminal can be replaced to that of the second terminal.
[118] Specifically, seller sends the promoting information of commodity/service to the server. Thereinto, the promoting information includes the characteristic information of the target commodity/service at least. Specifically, the characteristic information includes the characteristic information of the promoting objects, it enables the server to search multiple buyers matching with the characteristic information of the promoting objects and send the promoting information to the buyer when confirming at least one buyer. When the promoting information received by the buyer, the Object Credit Certificate of the commodity/service is sent to the buyer. The buyer accepts this Object Credit Certificate and completes the interaction.
[119] As mentioned above, the Object Credit Certificate is provided by the commodity/service provider (such as manufacturer of commodity) in advance and every commodity/service has a corresponding Object Credit Certificate, which includes the information related to transaction information is from provider rather than the information of the second terminal. Therefore, when the first terminal receives this Object Credit Certificate, and the functions of electronic commerce are achieved, and the order is generated according to this Object Credit Certificate.
The two parties of transaction are the first terminal and the commodity/service provider respectively. When the first terminal confirms to accept the Object Credit Certificate and generate the transaction order corresponding to the Object Credit Certificate, the payment of the commodity/service can be paid to commodity/service provider directly, the provider will make a delivery when the provider accepting this order according to the information of the first terminal. The second terminal is used to acquire the Object Credit Certificate of the commodity/service from the provider and send the Object Credit Certificate to the buyer.
[120] Further, the target data may be the executive object configured the required functions by data provider or the read method of target data.
[121] Comparing with the current technology, in the solution above, the server screens the target second terminals according to the characteristic information of data interaction objects wherein the first terminal. The interaction request of first terminal is sent to the target second terminal. When receiving the response notification of the second terminal, the target data is sent to the second terminal, or the its permission or its ownership is permitted or transferred to the second terminal.

Claims (30)

Claims:
1. A system for data exchange processing in an electronic transaction, the system comprising:
a seller terminal configured to send a request for interacting with an interaction object and target data to an electronic transaction sever, wherein the request for interacting with the interaction object includes characteristic information of the interaction object from a commodity provider or a service provider;
the electronic transaction server configured to:
receive the request for interacting with the interaction object;
search at least two target buyer terminals to screen for a matching target buyer terminal with the characteristic information of the interaction object from the commodity provider or the service provider;
send the request for interacting with the interaction object to the matching target buyer terminal for receiving response information from the target buyer terminal;
and send the target data to the matching target buyer terminal for data interaction upon receiving the response information;
a buyer temiinal configured to:
receive the request for interacting with the interaction object to send the response information to the electronic transaction server; and receive the target data from the electronic transaction server for data interaction.
2. The system of claim 1 wherein the buyer terminal is further configured to generate a transaction order according to the target data.

3. The system of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the characteristic information of the interaction object from the commodity provider or the service provider includes a ratio of positive reviews.
4. The system of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the characteristic information of the interaction object from the commodity provider or the service provider includes a success rates for data exchange of the target data.
5. The system of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the characteristic information of the interaction object from the commodity provider or the service provider includes classification.
6. The system of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the target data is information about an Object Credit Certificate.
7. The system of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the target data is information about an obtaining method of an Object Credit Certificate.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the obtaining method is a link address for accessing to the Object Credit Certificate.
9. A method for data exchange processing in an electronic transaction, the method includes:
a seller terminal sending a request for interacting with an interaction object and target data to an electronic transaction sever, wherein the request for interacting with the interaction object includes characteristic information of the interaction object;
the electronic transaction server receiving the request for interacting with the interaction object;
the electronic transaction server searching at least two target buyer terminals to screen for a matching target buyer terminal with the characteristic information of the interaction object;

the matching target buyer terminal sending the response information to the electronic transaction server upon receiving the request for interacting with the interaction object from the electronic transaction server; and the electronic transaction server sending the target data to the matching target buyer terminal for data interaction upon receiving the response information.
10. The method of claim 9 further includes generating a transaction order according to the target data.
11. The method of any one of claims 9 to 10, wherein the characteristic information of the interaction object from a commodity provider or the service provider includes a ratio of positive reviews.
12. The method of any one of claims 9 to 10, wherein the characteristic information of the interaction object from a commodity provider or the service provider includes a success rates for data exchange of the target data.
13. The method of any one of claims 9 to 12, wherein the characteristic information of the interaction object from a commodity provider or the service provider includes classification.
14. The method of any one of claims 9 to 13, wherein the target data is information about an Object Credit Certificate.
15. The method of any one of claims 9 to 13, wherein the target data is information about an obtaining method of an Object Credit Certificate.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the obtaining method is a link address for accessing to the Object Credit Certificate.

17. A method for data exchange processing in an electronic transaction, applied in an electronic transaction server, the method includes:
receiving a request for interacting with an interaction object and target data from a seller terminal;
searching at least two target buyer terminals to screen for a matching target buyer terminal with the characteristic information of the interaction object from a commodity provider or a service provider, , wherein the request for interacting with the interaction object includes characteristic information of the interaction object from the commodity provider or the service provider;
sending the request for interacting with the interaction object to the matching target buyer terminal for receiving a response information from the matching target buyer terminal;
and sending the target data to the matching target buyer terminal for data interaction upon receiving the response information from the matching target buyer terminal.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the characteristic information of the interaction object from the commodity provider or the service provider includes a ratio of positive reviews.
19. The method of any one of claims 17 to 18, wherein the characteristic information of the interaction object from the commodity provider or the service provider includes a success rates for data exchange of the target data.
20. The method of any one of claims 17 to 19, wherein the characteristic information of the interaction object from the commodity provider or the service provider includes classification.
21. The method of any one of claims 17 to 20, wherein the target data is information about an Object Credit Certificate.

a match module configured to search at least two target buyer terminals to screen for a matching target buyer terminal with the characteristic information of the interaction object from the commodity provider or the service provider a sending module, configured to:
send the request for interacting with the interaction object to the matching target buyer terminal for receiving a response information from the matching target buyer terminal; and send the target data to the target buyer terminal for data interaction upon receiving the response information from the matching target buyer terminal.
25. The device of claim 24, wherein the characteristic information of the interaction object from the commodity provider or the service provider includes a ratio of positive reviews.
26. The device of any one of claims 24 to 25, wherein the characteristic information of the interaction object from the commodity provider or the service provider includes a success rates for data exchange of the target data.
