L'invention concerne un dispositif terminal comprenant : une unité de réception qui reçoit une pluralité de signaux de référence provenant d'un dispositif de station de base dans une certaine cellule ; une unité de mesure qui mesure une ou plusieurs puissances de réception de signal de référence (RSRP) parmi la pluralité de signaux de référence ; et une unité de calcul qui définit en tant que RSRP standard de la cellule une moyenne des N RSRP les plus élevées parmi la ou les pluralités de RSRP mesurées.
