Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de récupération d'une fraction de pétrole dans une boue de pétrole brut, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte : une première étape (1) de mélange d'une boue de pétrole brut (A) et de pétrole brut (B), puis le chauffage et l'agitation du mélange de la boue de pétrole brut (A) et du pétrole brut (B) pour obtenir un produit traité chauffé et agité constitué de la boue de pétrole brut (A) et du pétrole brut (B) ; une deuxième étape (1) pour séparer par centrifugation le produit traité chauffé et agité à 40 à 200 °C de manière à séparer le liquide léger de la fraction lourde et obtenir un liquide léger ; et une troisième étape (1) pour amener la température du liquide léger à la température de point de fusion ou plus et mélanger le liquide léger, qui est égale ou supérieure à la température de point de fusion, avec du pétrole brut (C) dans un tube de transfert de pétrole brut, la température du pétrole brut (C) étant égale ou supérieure à la température du liquide léger, en variante, la température du pétrole brut (C) étant inférieure à celle du liquide léger, et la différence entre la température du liquide léger et le pétrole brut (C) étant inférieure ou égale à 40 °C. La présente invention concerne un procédé de récupération d'une fraction de pétrole dans la boue de pétrole brut dans lequel de la boue est moins susceptible d'être générée même lorsque la fraction de pétrole récupérée à partir de la boue de pétrole brut est mélangée avec du pétrole brut.
