Sont décrits des polymères réticulés et leurs utilisations dans des systèmes électrochimiques, par exemple, comme membranes électrolytes. La demande se rapporte au domaine des polymères et de leur utilisation dans des applications électrochimiques. Plus particulièrement, la technologie se rapporte au domaine des copolymères aléatoires réticulés.
CONTEXTE
L'un des problèmes rencontrés lors de l'utilisation de membranes dans des piles lithium-polymères concerne leur dégradation avec le temps. Ce phénomène est particulièrement important lors de l'utilisation d'agents réticulants de type radicalaire activé chimiquement ou par photochimie lors de la formation d'une membrane réticulée afin d'en augmenter la tenue mécanique. En effet, la formation de radicaux libres dans la structure polymérique engendre une dégradation de la membrane par extraction des protons présents sur la chaîne principale, causant ainsi un mécanisme de scission de chaîne. Ce phénomène est particulièrement important lors de l'utilisation de lumière UV pour l'initiation de la réaction (voir Koo, G.-H. et al, J. Appl. Polym. Sc. 2012, 125 (4), 2659-2667; et Shyichuk, A. Claims (19)
1. Polymère réticulé composé d'un copolymère aléatoire à base d'acrylate ou de méthacrylate de glycidyle (Monomère A) et de poly(éthylène glycol) méthyle acrylate ou méthacrylate (Monomère B) ainsi que d'un agent réticulant polyamine volatil.
2. Polymère selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le copolymère aléatoire est de Formule I :

R1 et R2, indépendamment et à chaque occurrence, est un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupement méthyle;
n est tel que les unités A (provenant du Monomère A) représentent de 10 à 45 %
en mole de la composition du copolymère;
m est tel que les unités B (provenant du Monomère B) représentent de 55 à 90 % en mole de la composition du copolymère, où n + m = 100%; et p définit le nombre d'unité éthylène glycol présents dans l'unité B et est compris entre 2 et 30, bornes incluses, ou est tel que l'unité B a une masse molaire par nombre entre 200 et 1000 g/mol, bornes incluses;

8. Polymère selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel l'agent réticulant est un composé alkyl comprenant 1 ou 2 carbone(s) et au moins deux groupements amines, l'agent réticulant possédant un point d'ébullition de moins de 150°C.
9. Polymère selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel l'agent réticulant est l'éthylène diamine, le 1,3-diaminopropane, le 1,2-diaminopropane ou un mélange d'au moins deux de ceux-ci, de préférence l'éthylène diamine.
10. Polymère selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'agent réticulant est l'éthylène diamine.
11. Procédé de préparation d'un polymère réticulé tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, lequel comprend les étapes suivantes :
(a) de mélange du copolymère aléatoire et de l'agent réticulant polyamine volatil;
(b) de réticulation du mélange obtenu à l'étape (a); et (c) élimination de l'agent réticulant polyamine volatil résiduel, par évaporation, les étapes (b) et (c) pouvant être simultanées ou effectuées de manière séquentielle.

(b) de réticulation du mélange obtenu à l'étape (a); et (c) élimination de l'agent réticulant polyamine volatil résiduel, par évaporation, les étapes (b) et (c) pouvant être simultanées ou effectuées de manière séquentielle.
12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, lequel comprend en outre une étape d'épandage du mélange obtenu à l'étape (a) sur un support.

14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, dans lequel le solvant comprend un alcool inférieur (comme le méthanol, éthanol, isopropanol ou n-propanol), de l'eau, ou un mélange d'au moins deux de ces derniers.
15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le solvant est un alcool inférieur choisi parmi le méthanol, l'éthanol, l'isopropanol, le n-propanol et leurs mélanges.
16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, dans lequel le solvant est l'éthanol.
17. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 16, lequel comprend en outre une étape d'évaporation du solvant avant l'étape (b) de réticulation, par exemple, par évaporation à pression atmosphérique à une température située entre 50 et 100°C, ou entre 60°C et 90°C.
18. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 17, dans lequel l'étape (b) de réticulation comprend une étape de chauffage.
19. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 18 dans lequel l'étape (c) comprend une étape d'évaporation par chauffage sous vide.
