Abstract

La présente invention concerne : une membrane intermédiaire de gant ayant des fonctions de perméabilité à l'humidité et d'imperméabilité à l'eau ; des gants utilisant celle-ci ; et un procédé de fabrication de celle-ci. La membrane intermédiaire de gant est fabriquée en superposant et en plaçant une première membrane intermédiaire en forme de gant insérée entre une doublure intérieure et une étoffe extérieure d'un gant et fabriquée à partir d'un premier matériau ayant des fonctions de perméabilité à l'humidité et d'imperméabilité à l'eau, et une deuxième membrane intermédiaire en forme de gant fabriquée à partir d'un deuxième matériau ayant un point de fusion inférieur à celui du premier matériau de façon à être jointe à celle-ci, puis effectuer un liage thermique d'une partie bord, excepté une partie de poignet. De plus, un gant est fabriqué en insérant un par un une doublure intérieure, la membrane intermédiaire de gant décrite ci-dessus et une étoffe extérieure sur un moule, et ensuite en effectuant le liage thermique de ceux-ci. Un gant ainsi fabriqué a des fonctions de perméabilité et d'imperméabilité et offre simultanément une excellente prise, et la durée de fabrication peut être réduite et les coûts de fabrication peuvent être extrêmement réduits puisque son processus de fabrication est simple.
