L'appareil utilisateur est situé à distance de l'installation de chargement/déchargement. Le conducteur s'enregistre auprès de l'appareil utilisateur et l'appareil administrateur coordonne l'arrivée du véhicule de livraison/ramassage dans l'installation de chargement/déchargement.
