Abstract
L'invention concerne des systèmes et des méthodes dans lesquels les dispositifs employés pendant une procédure médicale sont conçus de manière à s'adapter au cours même de la procédure en fonction de données saisies ou reçues qui sont associées à l'état, à la phase ou au contexte en cours. Dans certains modes de réalisation, les données saisies sont obtenues par identification d'un ou de plusieurs instruments médicaux présents dans une zone d'intérêt, et ces données saisies peuvent être utilisées pour déterminer les paramètres de configuration du dispositif. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, les données saisies peuvent reposer sur la détection basée sur l'image d'une mesure associée à la phase ou au contexte de la procédure médicale, et ces données saisies peuvent être utilisées pour contrôler de manière adaptative le dispositif basé sur le contexte ou la phase présumé(e) de la procédure médicale. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, les images issues d'une modalité d'imagerie peuvent être utilisées pour passer de manière adaptative à une autre modalité d'imagerie.
