Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de l'eau permettant de recycler l'eau produite issue de la récupération d'huile lourde pour servir d'eau d'alimentation de chaudière. L'eau d'arrivée contenant l'eau produite comme composant principal est transportée vers un évaporateur à couches minces vertical équipé d'un distributeur de saumure, afin de produire de l'eau distillée comme eau d'alimentation de chaudière par évaporation. Des particules d'épuration sont ajoutées à l'eau d'arrivée contenant l'eau produite comme composant principal ou à la saumure concentrée circulante de l'évaporateur à couches minces vertical pour former une boue. Lorsque la boue est évaporée par l'évaporateur à couches minces vertical, l'écaillage sur la surface d'échange thermique de l'évaporateur est empêché ou réduit par l'utilisation de particules solides dans la boue. Selon le procédé de l'invention, la plupart de l'eau produite est transformée en eau distillée de qualité élevée utilisée dans une chaudière pour produire de la vapeur afin d'augmenter le taux de récupération d'huile lourde, et le procédé peut être directement utilisé pour traiter l'eau produite, avec un taux de recyclage supérieure à 95 %, pour produire l'eau d'alimentation de chaudière de qualité élevée utilisée pour produire la vapeur requise par la récupération d'huile lourde. Le procédé peut également être utilisé pour traiter la décharge de la chaudière, ce qui permet de réduire l'émission d'une usine, abaissant les besoins en traitement physico-chimique et augmentant le taux de recyclage d'eau global d'une usine de traitement de l'eau.
