Abstract

La présente invention concerne le glycérophosphate de calcium qui s'est révélé être efficace dans le traitement et la prévention d'une maladie, d'un trouble et/ou d'une pathologie du système respiratoire. La maladie, le trouble et/ou la pathologie sont liés à un état obstructif ou restrictif des voies aériennes respiratoires. La maladie, le trouble et/ou la pathologie peuvent être une maladie inflammatoire des voies aériennes respiratoires, une sténose des voies aériennes respiratoires ou une maladie inflammatoire des fosses nasales, telle qu'un asthme, une bronchopneumopathie chronique obstructive (BPCO), un emphysème, une affection respiratoire réactionnelle (ARR), une rhinite, une bronchite, une bronchiolite, une congestion, une sinusite, une amygdalite, ou une laryngite, un écoulement rhyno-pharyngé (ERP) et une complication de ces affections, une activité de dégranulation ou de non dégranulation des mastocytes avec inflammation, une quelconque irritation occasionnant une difficulté, une restriction, une obstruction respiratoires, une constriction ou une fermeture des voies aériennes dues à une sécrétion de mucus par les cellules caliciformes, ou une interférence du mucus avec le passage de l'air, une apnée du sommeil, un ronflement, des réponses inflammatoires ou non inflammatoires à des allergènes transportés ou non par l'air ou irritants.
