Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil pour le couplage du courant d'une prise d'alimentation de courant aux quais à une grue à portique sur pneumatique en caoutchouc (RTG) qui comprend un chariot pour la jonction de courant et au choix une grue RTG. Le chariot pour la jonction de courant reçoit du courant à travers un câble à haute tension ou, en variante, à travers un couplage à puissance inductive et, en variante, fournit, en sortie, une faible tension en courant alternatif ou une faible tension en courant continu par un câble d'alimentation de courant flexible destiné à être branché à la grue RTG. Un appareil de guidage dirige le chariot pour la jonction de courant le long d'une trajectoire sélectionnée de sorte à réduire une exigence de précision de contrôle pour la grue RTG. La grue RTG peut se déplacer d'une trajectoire sélectionnée vers une autre trajectoire sélectionnée sans interrompre une connexion haute tension. Le chariot pour la jonction de courant détermine, au choix, sa position par rapport à une trajectoire sélectionnée comprenant un rail de guidage dans certains modes de réalisation et un fil de guidage dans d'autres. Des modes de réalisation du chariot pour la jonction de courant sont, en variante, autotractés ou tractés par la grue RTG.
