Abstract
Instrument pour retirer la chair des pattes de homard constitué de deux rouleaux, l'un à surface cannelée, monté à la première extrémité d'un bras et relié à une manette d'actionnement, l'autre à surface lisse monté à la première extrémité d'un bras; les deux bras étant fixés par pivotement et les deuxièmes extrémités des deux bras servant de parties de poignée. DOMAINE DE L'INVENTION
La présente invention se rapporte à un instrument formant un outil de cuisine simple servant à extraire la chair des pattes de homard, ainsi qu'à la méthode d'extraction correspondante. L'instrument est du type actionnable à la main.
ART ANTÉRIEUR
Traditionnellement, la récupération de la chair présente dans les pattes de homard se fait manuellement ou avec l'aide des dents, ce qui est se révèle souvent inefficace, plutôt collant et coulant.
Selon la connaissance du Demandeur il n'existe aucun appareil utilitaire permettant de retirer la chair des pattes de homard.
Il y avait donc un besoin pour un instrument permettant à son utilisateur de retirer efficacement la chair des pattes de homard.
Il y avait également un besoin pour un appareillage simple d'utilisation et peu coûteux à fabriquer permettant à son utilisateur de retirer la chair des pattes de homard simplement et proprement.
Il existait par ailleurs un besoin pour une méthode efficace pour récupérer la chair présente dans les pattes de homard.

Une -réalisation préférée de la présente invention est décrite ci-dessous en faisant référence aux dessins joints, dans lesquels:
la Figure 1 représente une vue en perspective d'un mode de réalisation de l'instrument extracteur de chair de homard;

DESCRIPTION D'UN MODE DE RÉALISATION PRÉFÉRÉ DE L'INVENTION
Le mode de réalisation ci-après décrit est donné à titre illustratif seulement et ne pourrait être considéré comme constituant une quelconque limitation de l'invention dans sa généralité.
Comme représenté sur la Figure 1, l'instrument comporte un premier bras (J) et un deuxième bras (K) faits d'un métal ou d'un plastique salubres et fixés par pivotement (E) apparent sur la Figure 2. Une première extrémité de chacun des bras peut être empoignée d'une main.
La deuxième extrémité du premier bras (J) est munie d'un rouleau à surface cannelée (C). Ce rouleau est relié à une manette d'actionnement (D) en forme de papillon également visible sur la Figure 3, qui, lorsqu'elle est mise en rotation met également le rouleau à surface cannelée (C) en rotation. Le rouleau (C) a un axe de rotation qui est orienté à angle droit par rapport à la surface du bras (J).
ANNEXEI
La deuxième extrémité du deuxième bras est munie d'un rouleau à surfasse lisse (G). Le rouleau (G) a un axe de rotation qui est orienté à angle droit par rapport à la surface du bras (K). Les rouleaux (C) et (G) se font face et sont parallèles l'un à
l'autre.
Le rouleau à surface lisse (G) est qualifié de passif puisque sa fonction principale est de servir d'appui au rouleau à surface cannelée (C), qui est lui qualifié
d'actif car il permet à son utilisateur d'appliquer manuellement un mouvement de rotation sur le rouleau grâce à la manivelle (D).
Les rouleaux (C) et (G) sont des instruments cylindriques tournant librement à
degrés sur eux-mêmes grâce à des pivots (B) et (1). Le pivot (B) du rouleau à
surface cannelée (C) est fixé par un rivet ou une vis à une extrémité, alors qu'à
l'autre extrémité se trouve la manivelle (D). Le pivot (I) du rouleau à surface lisse (G) est fixé à chaque extrémité par des rivets ou des vis.
Les rouleaux (C) et (G) peuvent être pleins ou évidés selon le matériau utilisé, comme du bois, un métal ou un plastique suffisamment dur pour opérer un effet de compression. Il peut y avoir une bavette (L), de préférence en forme de biseau, pour récupérer la chair qui frôle ce rouleau. Les cannelures du rouleau à surface cannelée (C) permettent d'opérer un effet de traction pour faire avancer la patte de homard, les cannelures sont disposées de manière égale longitudinalement sur toute la circonférence du cylindre et de préférence à environ lmm ou cinq ou dix degrés l'une de l'autre. De préférence, ce rouleau est en une matière dure telle que du polyuréthane ou un métal et peut être enduit d'un matériau mou comme du caoutchouc ou une matière plastique flexible telle qu'un nylon servant de coussin.
Un prototype de l'invention peut avoir un poids de 250 grammes et mesurer 17 centimètres en longueur et 6 centimètres en largeur en position fermée.
L'invention est conçue pour extraire manuellement la chair de patte de homard.
Son opération consiste à ouvrir l'instrument d'une main, en déplaçant les deux rouleaux (C) et (G) dans une position non fonctionnelle dans laquelle ils sont espacés l'un de ANNEXE( l'autre de telle manière qu'une patte de homard puisse être introduite entre les deux surfaces des rouleaux; puis à introduire la patte de homard entre les deux rouleaux (C) et (G); puis à repositionner les deux rouleaux (C) et (G), dans une position fonctionnelle dans laquelle les deux surfaces des rouleaux sont mises en prise pour exercer une pression sur la patte de homard, et à tourner la manivelle (D) de l'autre main pour compléter l'opération. L'exosquelette de la patte de homard est alors écrasé de telle sorte que l'appareil décharne la patte en poussant la chair à
l'extrémité brisée de la patte vers l'extérieur.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an instrument forming a kitchen tool a simple method of extracting lobster leg flesh, as well as the method of corresponding extraction. The instrument is of the type operable by hand.
PRIOR ART
Traditionally, the recovery of the flesh present in the legs of lobster is done manually or with the help of teeth, which is often revealed ineffective, rather sticky and flowing.
According to the knowledge of the Applicant there is no utility device allowing remove the flesh from the lobster legs.
There was therefore a need for an instrument allowing its user to remove effectively the flesh of lobster paws.
There was also a need for an easy-to-use apparatus and little expensive to manufacture allowing the user to remove the flesh from paws of lobster simply and cleanly.
There was also a need for an effective method to recover the flesh present in lobster paws.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

A preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below in making reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
Figure 1 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of the lobster meat extractor instrument;

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
The embodiment described below is given for illustrative purposes only and not could be considered as constituting any limitation of the invention in its generality.
As shown in FIG. 1, the instrument comprises a first arm (J) and a second arm (K) made of a salubrious metal or plastic and fixed by pivoting (E) apparent in Figure 2. A first end of each of arms can be grabbed with one hand.
The second end of the first arm (J) is provided with a surface roller fluted (C). This roller is connected to an actuating lever (D) in form of butterfly also visible in Figure 3, which, when rotation puts also the fluted surface roller (C) rotating. The roll (C) has a axis of rotation that is oriented at right angles to the arm surface (J).
APPENDIXI
The second end of the second arm is equipped with a smooth over-roller (BOY WUT). The roller (G) has an axis of rotation which is oriented at right angles by report to the arm surface (K). Rollers (C) and (G) face each other and are parallel one to the other.
