Abstract

L'invention concerne un papier de sécurité comportant au moins deux jets fibreux de papier, le premier jet étant un jet externe qui comporte au moins un élément d'authentification et l'autre jet, dit second jet, comprenant : -un élément de renfort sensiblement absent du premier jet, ledit élément de renfort étant choisi parmi les matériaux améliorant la résistance mécanique;
et/ou - un autre élément d'authentification et l'élément d'authentification dudit premier jet étant absent dudit second jet. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un tel papier de sécurité.

Claims (16)

1) Papier de sécurité comportant au moins deux jets fibreux de papier, le premier jet étant un jet externe qui comporte au moins un élément d'authentification et l'autre jet, dit second jet, comprenant - un élément de renfort sensiblement absent du premier jet, ledit élément de renfort étant choisi parmi les matériaux améliorant la résistance mécanique; et/ou - un autre élément d'authentification et l'élément d'authentification dudit premier jet étant absent du second jet.
2) Papier de sécurité selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce ledit élément de renfort est choisi parmi les fibres synthétiques, notamment les fibres de polyester ou de polyamide, les fibres textiles naturelles notamment les fibres d'abaca, de chanvre, de lin, de chinook, et leurs mélanges.
3) Papier de sécurité selon la revendication précédente 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites fibres de polyester sont des fibres de polyéthylène téréphtalate, en particulier elles sont présentes en une quantité
comprise entre 10 et 20 parts en poids sec pour 100 parts des autres fibres dudit second jet.
4) Papier de sécurité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'authentification dudit premier jet, et le cas échéant celui dudit second jet, est détectable de manière optique.
5) Papier de sécurité selon la revendication précédente 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'authentification est choisi parmi les filigranes, les particules iridescentes, les fibres ou particules luminescentes, en particulier fluorescentes ou phosphorescentes, les fibres ou particules colorées ou thermochromes, en particulier lesdites particules sont des planchettes.
6) Papier de sécurité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'authentification de l'un des jets réagit à certaines stimulations en donnant un signal spécifique détectable à l'aide d'un appareil adapté.
7) Papier de sécurité selon la revendication précédente 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément est choisi parmi les substances réagissant à des champs électromagnétiques, en particulier de type micro-onde.
8) Papier de sécurité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier jet externe comporte un filigrane comme élément d'authentification et a une épaisseur sensiblement supérieure à celle dudit second jet ou des autres jets, de préférence d'environ 1,5 à 2 fois supérieure.
9) Papier de sécurité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de renfort a aussi une fonction d'authentification.
10) Papier de sécurité selon la revendication précédente 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de renfort constitue l'élément d'authentification dudit second jet.
11) Papier de sécurité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit second jet comporte ledit élément de renfort et que ledit papier a un indice de déchirure supérieur ou égal à 10 mN*m2/g.
12) Papier de sécurité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les jets sont à base de fibres de coton.
13) Papier de sécurité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que qu'il comporte trois jets fibreux, ledit premier jet externe comportant un élément d'authentification, ledit second jet étant central et comportant ledit élément de renfort, et le troisième jet étant un autre jet externe comportant un élément d'authentification pouvant être différent de celui dudit premier jet.
14) Papier de sécurité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il s'agit d'un papier billet de banque.
15) Procédé de fabrication d'un papier de sécurité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits jets sont assemblés en phase humide.
16) Procédé de fabrication d'un papier de sécurité selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier jet externe comporte un filigrane et est formé sur une machine à forme ronde comportant une toile filigraneuse.
