Abstract
La présente invention porte sur une méthode et un appareil programmable visant l'assemblage des éléments de l'ossature de carrosserie ayant passé par un ensemble progressif d'étapes de construction d'ossature et de soudage dans le but de produire une ossature structurelle de carrosserie rigide, aussi appelée carrosserie brute. De façon plus particulière, cette invention vise l'établissement d'un nouveau schéma de localisation (système de coordonnées X-Y-Z) de carrosserie, visant à diriger les outils destinés à créer les points d'attache sur l'ossature de carrosserie rigide, en tenant compte du nouveau schéma de localisation, de sorte que les composantes puissent être fixées à la carrosserie compte tenu des nouveaux emplacements, éliminant ainsi le besoin d'avoir recours aux techniques de fixation par plan de glissement.
