Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de trier des particules circulant à travers un système de canaux en circuit fermé de dimension capillaire. Le dispositif décrit dans cette invention comprend une bulle "à fonction soupape" destinée à produire, de manière sélective, une impulsion de pression pour séparer une particule présentant une caractéristique prédéterminée d'un flux de particules. Ce système de tri de particules peut également comprendre un tampon destiné à absorber l'impulsion de pression. Ce système de tri de particules peut également comprendre une multitude de modules de tri raccordés de manière rapprochée et qui sont combinés de manière à augmenter la vitesse de tri. Ledit système peut également comprendre un dispositif de tri à plusieurs étages pour permettre le tri en série de flux de particules, afin de réduire le taux d'erreurs.
