Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une bande d'aluminium ou d'un alliage d'aluminium ayant une surface texturée. Selon ce procédé, une bande laminée à froid (12) passe, dès sa sortie d'un laminoir à froid (17), entre deux cylindres à texturer dotés d'un motif de rugosité. Puis la bande texturée (12) est enroulée. Le motif de rugosité est transféré à la surface de la bande par une force exercée par le cylindre à texturer sur la bande (12). Dans le cas d'une installation de production d'une bande d'aluminium ou d'un alliage d'aluminium laminée à froid et ayant une surface texturée, un laminoir à texturer (28) comprend des cylindres à texturer est implanté immédiatement en aval du laminoir à froid (17) dans le sens de défilement de la bande (x). Ce procédé et cette installation rendent superflue une passe à texturer distincte et donc, par rapport au procédé selon l'état de la technique, une passe de laminage.
