Abstract

L'invention porte sur un produit fibreux multicouche et sur un procédé de production. Selon cette invention, le produit fibreux comprend au moins deux couches fibreuses se chevauchant, l'une, formant la couche supérieure du produit, contient une charge et est plus légère que la couche sous-jacente et est au moins essentiellement opaque. Selon cette invention, la charge de la couche supérieure comprend au moins partiellement une cellulose ou des fibrilles de lignocellulose sur laquelle des particules légères de matériau de diffusion ont été précipitées. Cette invention peut être utilisée, par exemple, pour produire des revêtements à surface blanche dont la couche supérieure plus légère ne compromet pas la résistance de la surface. Par conséquent, le grammage de la couche peut être au moins environ 5 % en poids inférieur à celui de la couche supérieure qui a la même opacité et la même formation et qui a été produite à partir du même matériau fibreux et des mêmes pigments.
