Abstract

L'invention concerne un rouleau de transport refroidi par eau destiné à un four à rouleaux, comportant un corps de base cylindrique (1), une isolation thermique (2) sur la périphérie extérieure du corps de base, et un conduit (3) d'eau de refroidissement disposé de manière centrée dans le corps de base. L'eau de refroidissement peut être alimentée dans le conduit (3) au niveau d'une extrémité du corps de base logé de manière rotative. Ensuite, l'eau de refroidissement parcourt le conduit et est retournée par l'intermédiaire d'une chambre annulaire (4) située entre le conduit et le corps de base après changement de direction au niveau du côté de sortie du conduit. Une tige (5) est fixée sur le corps de base. Cette tige présente une cavité destinée à recevoir l'extrémité côté entrée d'eau du conduit, un perçage central (7) aligné avec l'axe de rotation du corps de base, destiné à l'alimentation d'eau de refroidissement, ainsi que des canaux d'évacuation de reflux d'eau aboutissant dans une chambre collectrice d'eau. La tige (5) est reliée de manière rotative à une tête de distribution d'eau (11) permettant d'alimenter l'eau de refroidissement dans le perçage central (7) et d'extraire le reflux d'eau de la chambre collectrice.
