La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit (P), comportant un logement (9) contenant le produit et un tamis au travers duquel s'effectue le prélèvement du produit. Dispositif de conditionnement et de distribution comportant un tamis au travers duquel s'effectue le prélèvement du produit La présente invention concerne les dispositifs de conditionnement et de distribution d'tu1 produit, notamment tui produit cosmétique, par exemple un produit de maquillage pulvérulent ou pâteux.
L'invention concerne plus particulièrement Ies dispositifs comportant un logement contenant le produit et un tamis au travers duquel s'effectue le prélèvement du produit.
II existe m besoin pour bénéficier d'un disposïtif qui soit de construction I O relativement simple et pratique à utiliser.
Il existe encore tui besoin pour pouvoir bénéficier d'un dispositif qui puisse ctre rempli aisément avec le produit.
Le nouveau dispositif selon l'invention se caractérise par le fait qu'il comporte un premier élément et un deuxième élément pouvant, dans un premier état du I S dispositif précédent le remplissage avec le produit, permettre le prëpositionnement dans une position prédéterminée de l'un des éléments par rapport à l'autre et, dans un état ultérieur du dispositif, coulisser pour accompagner une diminution du volume du logement.
Ainsi, grâce à l'invention, le logement peut présenter un volume prédéterminé
20 lors de son remplissage, sans qu'il y ait besoin de prévoir des moyens extérieurs au dispositif pour positionner précisément l'un des éléments par rapport â
l'autre.
L'opération de remplissage du dispositif avec le produit s'en trouve donc simplifiée.
Dans une réalisation particulière, le dispositif comporte au moins deux reliefs coopérant pour pennettre un prépositionnement de l'tm des éléments par rapport à l'autre.

L'invention a encore pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de conditionnement et de distribution comportant un logement contenant le produit et un tamis au travers duquel s'effectue le prélèvement du produit, et deux éléments pouvant coulisser l'un par rapport à l'autre et dont Ie dépiacement s'accompagne d'une modification de volume dudit logement, ce procédé comportant les étapes suivantes amener les deux éléments dans une position prédéterminée, en faisant par exemple coopérer des reliefs des deux éléments, - remplir de produit ledit logement.
Dans une mise en oeuvre particulière de l'invention, le procédé comporte en outre l'étape consistant à mettre en place Ie tamis après le remplissage avec le produit.
Toujours dans une mise en oeuvre particulière de l'invention, on provoque le déplacement de l'tm des éléments par rapport à l'autre en rapportant le couvercle sur l'un des éléments, l'autre élément étant agencé de manière à ce que le couvercle puisse prendre appui sur celui-ci et l'entraîner en déplacement lors de sa mise en place. Le dispositif I de conditionnement et d'application représenté à Ia figure I
compose une base 2, une houppette 3 et un couvercle 4.
La base 2 comporte un premier élément 5 et un deuxième élément 5 susceptible de coulisser, dans certaines conditions, par rappou au premier élément 5, selon un axe X.
Le premier élément 5 est formé, dans l'exemple de réalisation décrït, par l'assemblage d'un corps 7 et d'un fond 8. Le premier élément 5 définit avec le deuxième élément 6 un logement 9 contenant une réserve d'wz produit P, par exemple un produit cosmétique pâteux, tel qu'm fond de teint. Le corps 7 comporte une paroi 10 définissant le fond du logement 9, et le deuxième élément 6 comporte une piëce annulaire comprenant une paroi 12 délimitant latéralement le logement 9. La paroi 10 se raccorde à
une jupe intéz~ieure 14, dans la partie supérieure de laquelle est réalisée une gorge azmulaire 15 logeant dans l'exemple considéré un joint d'étanchéité 17 s'appliquant de maniëre étanche sur la paroi I2.
Le corps 7 comporte également une jupe extérieure I9 pourvue d'un filetage 20.

Les jupes intérieure 14 et extérieure 19 se raccordent par une paroi 21 et définissent entre elles une gorge annulaire 22 dans laquelle le deuxième élément 6 est susceptible de coulisser.
Le filetage 20 est sunnonté par une lèvre annulaire d'étanchéité 23, destinée à
s'appliquer de maniëre étanche sur une surface du couvercle 4 lorsque ce dernier est en place sur la base 2.
Le corps 7 est pourvu d'un rebord périphérique 25, définissant un logement pour 1e fond rapporté 8, comme on peut le voir sur la figure 1. Le fond 8 est traversé en son centre par un orifice 39.
Le deuxième élément 6 comporte dans l'exemple décrit, outre la pièce 11, un tamis 26 soutenu à sa périphérie par une bague 27. Cette dernière repose sur la tranche supérieure de la paroi 12 de Ia pièce I 1 et sur un retour 29 dirigé vers l'intérieur d'un support 28 fixé sur la pièce 11. La bague 27 comporte une nervure 30 permettant son positionnement sur le support 28. La pièce 11 comporte une jupe de montage 32, coaxiale à la paroi 12, et sur laquelle est emmanché le support 28. La piëce 11 comporte également, à sa périphérie extérieure, une lèvre annulaire 34 apte à coopérer avec la surface intérieure de la jupe extérieure 19 pour maintenir le deuxième élément 6 par rapport au premier élément S dans une position prédéfinie, lors du remplissage du logement 9 avec le produit P, comme cela sera précisé plus loin. Dans une variante de réalisation, la lèvre armulaire 34 est non continue ou remplacée par des pattes. La lèvre 34 est pourvue du côté radialement extérieur d'un bourrelet 37 pouvant prendre appui sur un ou plusieurs reliefs 38, comme illustré à échelle agrandie sur Ia figure 6. Ce ou ces reliefs 38 peuvent se présenter sous la forme de portions de nervure annulaire réalisées sur la surface radialement intérieure de la jupe extérieure 19, pouvant être franchies par le bomxelet 37 par déformation élastique de la lèvre 34. Les portions de nervure 38 peuvent, dans une variante, être remplacées pw une gorge 38' dans laquelle peut s'encliqueter le bourrelet 37, comme illustré sur la figure 7. Le bourrelet 37 peut être remplacé par une gorge 37', comme illustré sur la figure 8.
La houppette 3 peut être réalisée de diverses manières, étant par exemple constituée par une mousse, éventuellement floquée en surface.
Le couvercle 4 comporte une jupe 41 dont la partie inférieure comporte un filetage intérieur 42 et dont la partie supërieure est épaulée pour définir un épaulement 43 destiné à prendre appui sur le deuxiëme élément 6 au cours de son vissage. Le couvercle 4 présente au-dessus de l'épaulement 43 un logement 44 pour recevoir la houppette 3.
Le dispositïf 1 est assemblé et rempli de la manière suivante.
Tout d'abord, on commence par fixer le fond 8 sur le corps 7 et à mettre en 5 place le joint torique 17 dans la gorge IS correspondante, puis le deuxième élément 6 est rapporté sur le premier, jusqu'à appui du bourrelet 37 sur les portions de nervure 38, ce qui permet de maintenir le deuxième ëlément 6 par rapport au premier 5 dans une position prédéfinie, définissant un logement 9 de volume prédéterminé. Ce logement 9 est rempli avec une quantité de produit P choisie de manière à ce que Ie niveau de la surface S du produit reste en retrait du bord supérietu 18 de la paroi 12. Ensuite, la bague 27 portant le tamis 26 et solidaire du support 28 est mise en place sur la pièce 11, comme illustré sur Ia figure 3. La houppette 3 est ensuite placée sur 1e tamis 26 puis le couvercle 4 est vissé sur la jupe extérieure 19, comme illustré sur la figure 4. Au cours de ce vissage. l'épaulement 43 vient prendre appui sur la bague 27 et la poursuite du mouvement de vissage entraîne en déplacement vers le bas le deuxième élément 6 par rapport au premier élément 5, ce qui provoque le franchissement des portions de nervure 38 par le bourrelet 37. Au terme du vissage, Ie bord inférieur de la jupe 41 du couvercle 4 vient prendre appui sur le rebord 25. La course sur laquelle est déplacé vers le bas le deuxiëme élément 6 lors du vissage du couvercle 4 correspond sensiblement, tout en lui étant légèrement inférieure, à la distance d qui sépare la surface S du produit P et Ie tamis 26 après fixation de ce dernier sur Ia pièce l I. On remarquera que Ia lèvre 23 vient s'appliquer de manière étanche sur la surface intérieure de la jupe 41 du couvercle.
Au fur et à mesure de la distribution du produit, le deuxiëme élément 6 peut se déplacer vers le bas par rapport au premier élément 5, car c'est le produit P qui empêche le deuxième élément 6 de s'enfoncer,, en s'interposant entre la paroi 10 et le tamis 26. Les pOrt1011s de nervure 38 peuvent retenir le deuxième élément 6 dans le corps 7, en cas de retournement accidentel, par exemple.
On a représenté sur la figure 5 le dispositif 1 après distribution de la totalité
du produit. On remarque que le tamis 26 repose alors contre la paroi I0.
L'invention permet donc d'utiliser pratiquement tout le produit conditionné.
D'autres moyens d'étanchéité peuvent être prévus entre les deux éléments à la place du joint torique 17. A titre d'exemple, on a représenté à la figure 9 une base 2' compouant un premier élément 5' et un deuxième élément 6' et qui diffère de celle qui vient d'être décrite par l'absence du joint torique 17 et de la gorge correspondante 15, remplacés par une lèvre annulaire 17'. Dans le premier élëment 5' la paroi de fond 10 est remplacée par une paroi de fond 10' présentant un diamètre moindre que la paroi de fond 10 de l'exemple précédent, étant entourée par la lèvre 17'. Cette dernière est sëparëe de la paroi de fond 10' par une gorge annulaire et se raccorde à la partie supérieure de la jupe intërieure du premier élëment 5'. La base 2' diffère également de la base 2 par le fait que la bague 27 et la pièce 11 du deuxième élément 6' ne forment plus qu'une seule pièce 1 l', laquelle est assemblée avec le tamis 26 en étant surmoulée dessus. Ainsi, le tamis 26 et Ia pièce 11' ne forment qu'un seul composant au moment de la mise en place sur le reste du deuxiëme élément 6'. La jupe de montage 32 est de plus inexistante dans 1a réalisation de Ia figure 9.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux exemples de réalisation qui viennent d'être décrits. On peut notanunent réaliser de multiples autres manières les moyens qui permettent de maintenir dans une position prédéfinie le deuxième élément par rapport au premier élément lors du remplissage du logement avec le produit P. Bien qu'il sait avantageux que les reliefs coopérants des deux éléments soient réalisés d'un seul tenant avec ces dernier s, on peut réaliser un relief sur l'un des éléments en déposant un point de colle, par exemple. 2 the two elements. In a particular implementation of the invention, the method comprises in addition to the step of placing the screen after filling with the product.

consists of a base 2, a puff 3 and a cover 4.
The base 2 has a first element 5 and a second element 5 likely to slide, under certain conditions, compared to the first element 5, along an X axis.
The first element 5 is formed, in the exemplary embodiment described, by the assembly of a body 7 and a bottom 8. The first element 5 defines with the second element 6 a housing 9 containing a reserve of wz product P, for example a product pasty cosmetic, such as foundation. The body 7 has a wall 10 defining the bottom of the housing 9, and the second element 6 comprises an annular part comprising a wall 12 laterally delimiting the housing 9. The wall 10 is connects to a skirt intéz ~ ieure 14, in the upper part of which is made a throat azmular 15 housing in the example considered a seal 17 applying from sealed manner on the wall I2.
The body 7 also includes an outer skirt I9 provided with a thread 20.

The inner 14 and outer 19 skirts are connected by a wall 21 and define between them an annular groove 22 in which the second element 6 is likely to slide.
The thread 20 is fitted with an annular sealing lip 23, intended at apply tightly to a surface of the cover 4 when this last one is in place on base 2.
The body 7 is provided with a peripheral rim 25, defining a housing for the added bottom 8, as can be seen in FIG. 1. The bottom 8 is crossed in its center by an orifice 39.
The second element 6 comprises in the example described, in addition to the part 11, a screen 26 supported at its periphery by a ring 27. The latter rests on the slice top of the wall 12 of the room I 1 and on a return 29 directed towards inside a support 28 fixed on the part 11. The ring 27 has a rib 30 allowing her positioning on the support 28. The part 11 comprises a mounting skirt 32, coaxial to the wall 12, and on which the support 28 is fitted. The part 11 includes also, at its outer periphery, an annular lip 34 capable of cooperating with the inner surface of the outer skirt 19 to hold the second element 6 per relation to the first element S in a predefined position, when filling of housing 9 with the product P, as will be explained later. In variant of embodiment, the armular lip 34 is non-continuous or replaced by paws. Lip 34 is provided on the radially outer side with a bead 37 which can take support on a or several reliefs 38, as illustrated on an enlarged scale in FIG. 6. This or these reliefs 38 may be in the form of portions of annular rib performed on the radially inner surface of the outer skirt 19, which can be crossed by bomxelet 37 by elastic deformation of the lip 34. The rib portions 38 can, alternatively, be replaced pw a groove 38 'in which can snap on bead 37, as illustrated in FIG. 7. Bead 37 can be replaced by a groove 37 ', as illustrated in FIG. 8.
The puff 3 can be produced in various ways, for example being consisting of a foam, possibly flocked on the surface.
The cover 4 has a skirt 41, the lower part of which has a internal thread 42 and the upper part of which is shouldered to define a shoulder 43 intended to bear on the second element 6 during its screwing. The lid 4 presents above the shoulder 43 a housing 44 for receiving the puff 3.
The device 1 is assembled and filled in the following manner.
First, we start by fixing the bottom 8 on the body 7 and putting in 5 place the O-ring 17 in the corresponding IS groove, then the second element 6 is attached to the first, until the bead 37 presses on the portions of rib 38, this which keeps the second element 6 compared to the first 5 in a predefined position, defining a housing 9 of predetermined volume. This housing 9 east filled with a quantity of product P chosen so that the level of the surface S of the product remains behind the upper edge 18 of the wall 12. Next, the ring 27 carrying the screen 26 and secured to the support 28 is placed on the part 11, like illustrated in FIG. 3. The puff 3 is then placed on the screen 26 then the cover 4 is screwed onto the outer skirt 19, as illustrated in FIG. 4. Au course of this screwing. the shoulder 43 comes to bear on the ring 27 and the pursuit of screwing movement causes downward movement of the second element 6 through compared to the first element 5, which causes the portions to be crossed rib 38 by the bead 37. At the end of the screwing, the lower edge of the skirt 41 cover 4 comes to rest on the edge 25. As the product is distributed, the second element 6 can move down from the first item 5 because it's the product P who prevents the second element 6 from sinking, interposing between the wall 10 and the sieve 26. The rib pOrt1011s 38 can retain the second element 6 in the body 7, in the event of accidental overturning, for example.
FIG. 5 shows the device 1 after distribution of the totality of the product. Note that the screen 26 then rests against the wall I0.
The invention therefore allows practically all of the packaged product to be used.
Other sealing means can be provided between the two elements at the place of the O-ring 17. As an example, there is shown in Figure 9 a 2 'base incorporating a first element 5 'and a second element 6' and which differs from the one who has just been described by the absence of the O-ring 17 and the groove correspondent 15, replaced by an annular lip 17 '. In the first element 5 'the wall of bottom 10 east replaced by a bottom wall 10 'having a diameter less than the back wall 10 of the previous example, being surrounded by the lip 17 '. The latter is separate from the bottom wall 10 'by an annular groove and connects to the part upper skirt inside of the first element 5 '. Base 2 'also differs from base 2 by the fact that the ring 27 and the part 11 of the second element 6 'form only one room 1, which is assembled with the screen 26 while being overmolded thereon. So the sieve 26 and Ia part 11 'form only one component at the time of installation on the remaining second element 6 '. The mounting skirt 32 is also nonexistent in 1a realisation of Figure 9.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments which have just been described. We can notably realize multiple others manners them means for keeping the second in a predefined position element relative to the first element when filling the housing with the product P. Good that he knows that it is advantageous for the cooperating reliefs of the two elements to be made in one holding with these last s, one can realize a relief on one of the elements in filing a point of glue, for example.

Claims

1. Device for packaging and distributing a product (P), comprising a housing (9) containing the product and a sieve through which occurs sampling the product, characterized in that it comprises a first element (5;
5 ') and a second element (6; 6') which, in a first state of the device before filling with the product, allow prepositioning in a position of one of the elements in relation to the other and, in a state subsequent of slide, to accompany a decrease in the volume of the housing.

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises at least two reliefs (37, 38; 37, 38 ';37', 38) cooperating gossip allow a prepositioning of one of the elements with respect to the other.

5. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by the fact that the screen (26) is bridged by the second element (6; 6 ').

6. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by the fact that a sealing means (17; 17 ') placed by one of the elements (5 ; 5 ') applies to the other element (6; 6 ').

7. Device according to claim 6, characterized in that the means sealing comprises a sealing lip (17 ') made in one piece with a wall of the first element (5; 5 ').

8. Device according to claim 6, characterized in that the means sealing comprises an O-ring (17) housed in a groove (15) made in wall (14) of one of the elements.

9. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the first element has an internal skirt (14) and one outer skirt (19) defining between them a groove (22) in which is engaged and can slide the second element (6; 6 ').

10. Device according to claim 9, characterized in that the skirt exterior is externally threaded and by the fact that the device has a cover (4) suitable for screwing onto this outer skirt.

Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that it comprises a cover (4) arranged to move, during its screwing, when the first and second elements are in said position predetermined, one (5; 5 ') of the elements with respect to the other (6; 6'), of way to do vary the volume of the housing (9) containing the product.

12. Device according to claim 11, characterized in that the cover (4) has a shoulder (43) capable of coming to bear on the periphery outside of the screen (26) when the second element is in said position predetermined with respect to the first element.

13. Device according to any one of claims 11 or 12, characterized by the fact that it comprises a puff (3) housed under the cover, above sieve.

14. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the screen (26) is held by support (11 ') molded on the sieve.

Method of manufacturing a packaging device and distribution comprising a housing (9) containing the product and a sieve (26) through from which the product is taken, and two elements (5, 6; 5 ', 6') up slide relative to each other and whose displacement is accompanied by a modification of the volume of said housing, this method comprising the steps following:
- bringing the two elements into a predetermined position, - fill the housing with product (P).
