Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'entraînement du swing de golf. Ce dispositif guide et coordonne la position du corps de l'utilisateur ainsi que les mouvements latéral, vertical et rotationnel effectués lors d'un swing par rapport à une ligne cible s'étendant de façon horizontale en direction d'une cible choisie à partir d'un point prédéterminé à partir duquel l'utilisateur frappe la balle de golf au moyen d'un club de golf. Le dispositif d'entraînement du swing de golf selon la présente invention comprend un élément venant en prise avec la partie supérieure du torse de l'utilisateur, un élément rotatif et un ensemble guide. L'élément rotatif est relié à l'élément venant en prise avec la partie supérieure du torse de l'utilisateur. L'ensemble guide conserve l'orientation de l'élément rotatif en même temps qu'il effectue une rotation et se déplace latéralement et verticalement au moment où l'utilisateur exécute un swing. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, ce dispositif d'entraînement du swing de golf comprend, en outre, une tige extensible reliée de façon à pouvoir pivoter sur une extrémité de l'élément venant en prise avec la partie supérieure du torse de l'utilisateur à proximité de la position du sternum de celui-ci et est reliée sur l'autre extrémité par une charnière à un coupleur qui, de préférence, est fixé dans l'extrémité du club de golf saisie par l'utilisateur.
