Abstract

La présente invention permet d'effectuer des téléconférences, de préférence du type vidéo en recourant à un visualiseur de livres électroniques amélioré et/ou un système de transfert de livres électroniques. Dans l'une des exécutions le visualiseur de livres électroniques comporte une mémoire, un écran, un haut-parleur, un micro un émetteur et un récepteur. Les données d'un livre électronique peuvent être stockées dans la mémoire et présentées sur l'écran. L'émetteur est relié au micro, tandis que le récepteur, l'est au haut parleur. L'émetteur et le récepteur ont une largeur de bande suffisante pour permettre une téléconférence. Dans une autre exécution, le visualiseur de livres électroniques comporte une mémoire, un écran, un haut-parleur, un micro, un émetteur, un récepteur, un processeur et un logiciel d'appel de conférences. Le processeur est relié au autres composants et le logiciel, exécuté par le processeur, permet d'utiliser le visualiseur de livres électroniques dans le cadre d'une téléconférence. La téléconférence peut facultativement comporter une vidéo reçue par le visualiseur de livres électroniques et s'affichant sur l'écran.
