Abstract
Il est possible d'augmenter le rendement lumineux et la luminance énergétique des diodes électroluminescentes (DEL) produites à partir de matières organiques émissives par l'utilisation d'une cathode multicouches comprenant une couche à faible travail d'extraction et une couche haute réflectivité à travail d'extraction élevé, associées à un matériau d'anode haute réflectivité à travail d'extraction élevé.
