La présente invention a pour objet un classeur de bureau, et plus spécialement un classeur de bureau du type comprenant deux panneaux ou plats rigides ou semi-rigides, reliés par un dos égaiement rigide ou semi-rigide, le plat [nférieur formant le fond étant muni, au moins le long de ses petits côtés, d'un retour rigide sensiblement de mime épaisseur que le dos, et le long de son bord opposé au dos d'un rabat articulé de fermeture du classeur. Ce classeur est trés pratique dans la mesure où les documents qu'il contient ne risquent pas de s'échapper accidentellement de celui-ci, lorsque le classeur est en position ' de fermeture.
Toutefois, un tel classeur ne rend pas facile la consultation des documents qu'il contient, notamment en raison du retour inférieur du plat formant le fond du classeur, qui constitue une gône pour la manipulation des documents en vue de leur consultation, ainsi que pour l'écriture sur les 75 documents, Le but de l'invention est de fournir un classeur de ce type, efans lequel le retour intérieur formant butée pour les documents ne constitue pas une géne en période de consultation.
A cet effet, le classeur qu'elle concerne, du type comprenant ~0 deux panneaux ou plats rigides ou semi-rigides, reliés par un dos également rigide ou semi-rigide, le plat inférieur formant le fond étant muni, au moins le long de l'un de ses petits côtés, d'un retour rigide sensiblement de môme épaisseur que le dos, et te long de son bord opposé
au dos d'un rabat articulé de fermeture du classeur, de môme épaisseur 25 que le dos, est caractérisé en ce que d'une part, le retour rigide disposé
le long d'un petit cSté du fond est articulé sur celui-ci et d'autre part, ce retour est associé, à ses extrémités, à des piéces assurant son verrouillage à 90° du fond, en position de stockage du classeur, et permettant son basculement pour l'amener à plat, dans le prolongement du fond, en 30 position ouverte du classeur et de consultation de documents.
Le ou les retours rigides associés au fond constituent donc des t~uté~s ~r~ pariade ~d~ stool~g~ pies t~QCUme~tts, et peuvent ètre escamotés lors de l'ouverture du classeur pour faciliter la consultation des docu ments.
35 Suivant une forme d'exécution de ce classeur, chaque pièce de verrouillage est constituée par une patte montée articulée, soit sur Je dos ou sur le rabat de fermeture ou sur des éléments solidaires de ceux-ci, autour d'un axe coaxial avec l'axe d'articulation du retour sur le plat formant le fond, soit sur le retour autour d'un axe situé le long d'un bord de celui-ci perpendiculaire à l'axe d'articulation de ce retour sur le plat formant le fond, cette patte comportant d'une part des mayens de guidage courbe sur le retour articulé, respectivement sur le dos ou sur le rabat de fermeture et d'autre part, à son extrémité libre, et en fin de course de guidage, des moyens de verrouillage sur le retour pivotant, respectivement sur le dos ou sur le rabat de fermeture.
Dans ce classeur, chaque patte assure Je verrouillage du rabat à
laquelle elle est associée en position de fermeture du classeur. Grâce à la présence des moyens de guidage courbe, le retour pisse automatiquement, lors de ia fermeture du classeur, d'une position dans Laquelle il est à plat et dans le prolongement du fond du classeur à une position dans laquelle il est perpendicualire à ce fond.
Suivant une première forme d'exécution de ce classeur, chaque patte de verrouillage comprend au moins une fente courbe qui, débouchant à son extrémité opposée à celle articulée sur fe dos, ou sur le rabat de fermeture, respectivement sur le retour articulé, est destinée â
âtre engagée sur un doigt de guidage à tâte élargie, solidaire du retour articulé, respectivement du dos ou du rabat de fermeture.
Suivant une autre forme d'exëcution de ce classeur, chaque patte de verrouillage possède une forme courbe et est destinée à être engagée dans une rainure de guidage ou un tunnel ménagé dans l'élément, ~5 dos, rabat ou retour adjacent à celui équipé de la patte.
En outre et suivant une première possibilité, chaque patte de verrouillage est équipée, du c8té de son extrémité libre, d'un téton de verrouillage en faisant saillie latéralement, destiné à âtre engagé, en position de verrouillage, dans une ouverture ménagée dans l'élément du classeur comportant les mayens de guidage de la patte.
En fin de fermeture du classeur, le doigt associé à chaque patte prient s'engager dans une ouverture ménagée dans l'élément correspondant du classeur, assurant le blocage du retour rigide dans une position perpendiculaire au fond. Lors de l'ouverture du classeur, il convient d'appuyer sur chaque têtan de verrouillage pour lui permettre d'échapper à l'ouverture dans laquelle il est engagé, afin de permettre le o~
basculement du retour de sa position perpendiculaire au fond à sa position dans laquelle il est dans l'alignement du fond.
Suivant une autre possibilité, chaque patte de verrouillage est équipée, â son extrémité libre, d'une partïe en forme de crochet, destinée à être engagée, en position de verrouillage, dans une ouverture ou dans le fond d'un évidement, ménagés dans ('élément du classeur comportant les moyens de guidage de la patte.
II convient, dans un tel cas, de dégager chaque crochet du fond de l'évidement dans lequel il est en appui, pour permettre ta libération du retour rigide.
Selon une forme d'exécution de ce classeur, chaque patte de verrouillage fait partie intégrante du classeur et est constituée par le prolongement du dos, du rabat de fermeture ou du retour articulé, dont elle est séparée par une Ligne de pliage.
Selon une autre forme d'exécution, ce classeur comporte un sous-ensemble constitué par le retour articulé et tes pattes de verrouillage, qui est fixé sur le plat constituant le fond du classeur.
De toute façon l'invention sera bien comprise à l'aide de la description qui suit, en référence au dessin schématique annexé, représentant, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, plusieurs formes d°exécution de ce classeur.

Le classeur 2 représenté à la figure 1 comprend un panneau plat 3 formant le fond, relië par un dos rigide 4 à un plat 5 dont seule une partie est représentée. Le plat 3 comporte le long de ses deux petits bords un retour fixe 6 de méme hauteur que le dos 4, et un retour 7 pivotant entre une position dans laquelle il est dans le prolongement du plât 3, comme montré à la figure 1 et une position dans laquelle il est perpendiculaire à ce plat. Sur son bord opposé au dos 4, le plat 3 est équipé d'un rabat 8 de fermeture.
Comme montré à la figure 1, le dos 4 est prolongé par une patte courbe 9, tandis que le rabat 8 est prolongé par une patte 10 courbée en sens inverse de la précédente. Les pattes 9 et 10 sont articulées respectivement sur le dos 4 et sur le rabat 8 autour d'axes 12, 13 formés par des pliures, et disposées coaxialement à l'axe 14 permettant le pivotement du retour 7 par rapport au plat 3. Les pattes 9 et 10 possédant la méme fonction ëtant associées à des éléments similaires aux deux extrémitës du retour 7, seule la patte 9 est décrite ci-après.
Cette patte 9 comporte deux fentes courbes 15 parallèles l'une à l'autre, en forme d'arc de cercle débouchant dans l'extrémité de la patte opposée à celle articulée en 12 sur le dos 4. La partie centrale de la patte, c'est-à-dire celle disposée entre les deux fentes 15 comporte, à proximité de l'extrémité libre de la patte, un trou 16 permettant la fixation par encliquetage d'un téton 17 faisant saillie vers ie bas. Sur la face intérieure du retour 7, sont fixés deux doigts 7 8 à téte élargie permettant l'engagement des deux fentes courbes, au cours du mouvement de fermeture du classeur. En pratique, et comme montré à la figure 3, le retour pivotant est basculé à 90° et la patte courbe 9 est guidée par engagement des doigts 18 dans les fentes 15. Cet engagement est facilité
par fa conformation en rampe 20 de l'extrémité libre de la patte courbe.
Comme montré au dessin, le retour 7 présente un trou 22 dans lequel le téton 17 vient s'engager en fin de fermeture du classeur, La patte courbe ~3 ne peut donc bouger relativement au retour 7, de telle sorte que celui-ci se trouve parfaitement verrouillé dans une position à 90° du plat 3.
La figure 6 représente une variante d'exécution du dispositif de figure 1 à 5 dans laquelle les pattes 8, 10 font partie, de même que le retour pivotant 7 d'un sous-ensemble 23, qui est fixé sur le plat :~ par exemple à l'aide de rivets 24.

L'extrémité libre de la patte 26 comporte une partie 28 en forme de crochet, qui est destinée à venir à s'engager, en position de fermeture, dans le fond d'un évidement 29 mënagé à
l'extrémité de la rainure 25. En fin du mouvement de fermeture, le crochet 28 vient s'engager dans le fond de l'évidement 29. Pour déverrouiller la patte 26, il convient de dégager le crochet 28 du fond de l'évidement 29, ce qui est rendu possible gràce à la présence d'une ouverture 30 ménagée dans la zone de rencontre entre le plat 3 et le retour 7.
La figure 10 est une variante du dispositif de figures 8 et 9 dans laquelle est prévu un sous-ensemble 32 comportant une face 33 de fixation par l'intermédiaire de rivets 34 sur le plat 3 constitutif du tond du classeur, cette face 33 comportant la rainure 25. Cette face 33 est pr~longée par le retour 7, lequel comporte des prolongements latéraux: 35 plvot~ttt autQUr de lignes de pliage 36, chaque prolongement 35 étant lui-même équipé d'une patte 26 pliable autour d'une ligne 37. Comme il ressort de ce gui précède, l'invention apporte une grande amélioration à ta fiechnique existante en fournissant un classeur de bureau de conception simple, assurant une excellente retenue des documents qu'il contient grâce à Ia présence de retours au niveau des petits bords du fond, tout en étant d'une grande commodité d'emploi dans la mesure où l'un au moins de ces retours est susceptible d'être mis à plat pour consulter les documents contenus dans le classeur ou pour écrire sur 70 ces documents.
Comme il va de soi, l'invention ne se limite pas aux seules formes d'exécution de ce classeur décrites ci-dessus à titre d'exemples, aile en embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes.
