Abstract
L'invention est relative à une source rayonnante (40) d'émission et de réception destinée à être embarquée à bord d'un satellite de façon à définir un diagramme de rayonnement dans une zone terrestre, cette source étant destinée à être disposée dans le plan focal, ou au voisinage du plan focal, d'un réflecteur auquel sont associées d'autres sources correspondant à d'autres zones terrestres. La source (40) comprend une pluralité d'ou- vertures rayonnantes (42 1, 42 2, ..., 42 7) dont chacune a une efficacité a u moins égala à 70% et des moyens d'alimentation (50 1, ..., 50 7) de ces ouvertures rayonnantes. Les ouvertures rayonnantes et leurs moyens d'alimentation sont tels que l'énergi e rayonnée par l'ensemble des ouvertures rayonnantes soit, au moins à l'émission, pratiquement limitée au réflecteur correspondant.
