L'invention se rapporte également à des procédés d'utilisation du facteur biologiquement actif visant à produire des cellules multipotentes, des cellules multipotentes possédant des propriétés différentes et plus particulièrement des cellules précoces du type d'ectoderme primaire (cellules EPL). L'invention concerne aussi des cellules multipotentes et des cellules partiellement ou définitivement différenciées ainsi que leur utilisation en thérapie génique et dans celle des cellules humaines ainsi que dans la fabrication d'animaux transgéniques.
