Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système informatique destinés à la régulation des procédés industriels. Le procédé industriel a des problèmes qui affectent ses performances. Un ordinateur personnel est programmé avec une base de données et une application personnalisée. La base de données contient des données qui décrivent les attributs et la performance du procédé à réguler. L'application personnalisée calcule la valeur financière de chacun des problèmes. Le calcul de la valeur financière de chaque problème peut prendre en compte les conditions du marché affectant la quantité de produit qui pourrait être vendu s'il était fabriqué, les marges bénéficiaires sur ledit produit, le temps de traitement optimal pour chaque problème et le coût et la quantité des matières premières perdues à cause dudit problème. Il peut également prendre en compte l'impact du problème sur le goulot d'étranglement du procédé. Les valeurs financières des différents problèmes sont utilisées pour établir les priorités entre eux et donc pour y remédier en fonction desdites priorités.
