Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés et des dispositifs de réacteur permettant de contrôler l'oxydation d'hydrocarbures en produits d'oxydation intermédiaires tels que l'acide adipique, en retirant le catalyseur du mélange de réaction, en dehors de la zone de réaction une fois que l'oxydation a été partiellement effectuée. Le catalyseur est au moins partiellement précipité en réduisant le niveau d'eau dans le mélange de réaction et en soumettant ce mélange à une température à laquelle le catalyseur précipite.
