La présente invention concerne une formule pour la solubilisation de compositions parfumantes dans l'eau des piscines, caractérisée par l'association d'une composition parfumante et de matières premières solubilisantes, de nature et en des proportions spécifiques, et permettant la fabrication de partums pour eau de piscine.
Parfumer l'eau des piscines a pour but soit de cacher les odeurs désagréables, telle que celle du chlore très largement utilisé pour éviter entre autres les proliférations microbiennes et végétales (algues), soit de créer un "décor olfactif" original valorisant l'acte de se baigner.
Une composition parfumante, c'est à dire, un mélange d'huiles essentielles de végétaux et/ou d'une fraction de ces huiles essentielles et/ou d'une ou plusieurs molécules, obtenues par extraction ou par synthèse, générant une odeur, est hydrophobe. II faut l'associer à des solubilisants pour la rendre hydrosoluble. Mais, du fait de la nature particulière des eaux de piscine, l'association composition parfumante plus solubilisants doit posséder sept qualités principales: ne pas être irritante pour les yeux et la peau des baigneurs, ne pas être toxique, ne pas altérer les systèmes de protection de l'eau de piscine (par exemple, ne pas neutraliser ie chlore), ne pas altérer ia limpidité de l'eau de piscine, ne pas donner d'effet de gras (dépôts sur les parois, taches irisées sur la surface de l'eau,...), être la moins moussante possible et ne pas s'évaporer rapidement pour rendre le parfumage le plus durable possible.
La formule selon l'invention permet d'éviter ces inconvénients.
Toutes les matières premières citées ultérieurement dans ce texte s'entendent de qualité conforme aux normes cosmétiques et/ou pharmaceutiques.
La formule selon l'invention associe à une composition parfumante du Dipropylèneglycol et du Polyéthylèneglycol, ou l'un seulement de ces deux derniers, en quantité suffisante, variable selon la nature de la composition parfumante, pour lui conférer une densité à 20 °C égale ou supérieure à
(un) et assurer sa bonne solubilisation dans l'eau de piscine.
Un premier groupe de variantes consiste à utiliser un ou plusieurs carbures d'hydrogène mono ou polysubstitués par un oxhydrile (-OH ou fonction alcool) autres pue le Dipropylèneglycol et le Polyéthylèneglycol.
Un deuxième groupe de variantes consiste à ajouter à ces produits (composition parfumante plus carbures d'hydrogène mono ou polysubstitués par un oxhydrile (-OH ou fonction alcool)) au moins un tensio-actif ionique ou non-ionique afin de minimiser l'effet de gras.

Un quatrième groupe de variantes consiste à ajouter à ces produits des matières premières d'intérêt secondaire, par exemple: fixateur de parfum, conservateurs, antioxydants, antimousse, adoucissant pour la peau, anti-irritant pour les yeux, insectifuge, etc...
La formule selon l'invention, et ses variantes, permettent de répondre, sous forme d'un liquide à verser directement dans l'eau de la piscine, aux critères de non irritation des yeux (le test effectué donne un résultat classé
