Abstract

The invention concerns a drink can with its opening and the portion for contact with the mouth hygienically protected. It consists of a cylindrical drink can (4) to be opened (5) by tearing off a metal tab; the can (4) lid (7) is flush with the top edge (8) and a portion (9) of said lid (7) is designed to be in contact with the mouth, said portion (9) is curved and oval with, in its central part, an opening (5), said portion (9), designed to be in contact with the mouth, is provided with a protective seal (11) which itself is torn off by a tab (12) with a tear-off ring. The invention is applicable to drink cans.

La boîte sel~~n l'invention protège, avant la mise en service, toute la partie qui sera en contact avec les lèvres de la bouche ainsi qui: l'ouverture. Elle facilite l'écoulement du fond du liquide se trouvant dans la boîte ou canette métallique, il y a donc peu de perte de liquide. I1 n'y a pas de dépôt sur le dessus de la boîte car le couvercle est plat et sans rainure. Les bords de l'orifice guident le liquide en formant un goulot.

Tous ces brevets décrivent des boîtes métalliques pour tenter d'améliorer leur ouverture et/ou pour rendre plus hygiénique leur utilisation. Cependant, à l'origine ces différents brevets utilisent toujours des boîtes métalliques d'un même type. Ces types; de boîtes métalliques classiques présentent de nombreux inconvénients.
Ces boîtes m~~talliques classiques sont pourvues d'un couvercle qui est enfoncé dans la boîte, il y a donc une rainure périmétrique et une bordure supérieure au niveau du couvercle.
Dans cette rainure peuvent venir se loger toutes sortes de produits non hygiéniques.
De plus, l'ouverture pratiquée en actionnant la languette est un simple orifice sans goulot pour conduire le liquide.
L'invention tend à éviter tous ces inconvénients.

Cette rainure vient en force s'emboîter sur l'ergot périphérique 14 de la partie 9.
Cet opercule 11 comporte toute sa partie principale centrale qui circonscrite par une zone prédécoupée 15. Cette partie centrale prédécoupée 15 est destinée à être arrachée en actionnant la languette d'arrachage 12, tandis que la partie restante 16 de l'opercule 9 demeure en place pour protéger les lèvres de l'utilisateur de toute aspérité des bordures de l'opercule et de la partie 9 du couvercle.
Comme on peut le constater ainsi aisément, la boîte selon l'invention protège jusqu'au dernier moment toute la partie 9 qui sera en contact avec la bouche de l'utilisateur.
Elle facilite l'écoulement de par la forme de cette partie et de par l'existence d'un goulot l0.

This metal box can be easily made in current materials.
