口と接触する部分及び開口部が衛生的に保護される飲料用金属缶
本発明の目的は、口と接触する部分及び開口部が衛生的に保護されている飲料
用金属缶を提供することにある。
本発明による缶は、唇が当たる部分と開口部が使用時まで保護されている。本
発明による缶又は金属製小缶は液体を最後まで注ぎ出すのが容易で、液体の損失
はほとんど無い。缶のフタは平坦で溝も無いため、缶の上に何かが堆積すること
は無い。開口部の縁が流路となり、液体が注ぎ出される。
技術的現状は、以下の特許に開示された通りである。
ＷＯ８６/０１４８８には、注ぎ口を備えた開封用プルタブ付飲料用小缶、特
に開封時（開口部が開けられた時）に、衛生的に液体を注ぎ出し、飲料及び小缶
が保護されるようにプラスチック製注ぎ口の備わった飲料用小缶が開示されてい
る。この注ぎ口は、開封前は小缶の内側にあり、開封時に開口部を通って外へ突
出する。注ぎ口は、好ましくは、支持盤及び管とフタのアセンブリを組み合わせ
た部品である。必要なら、注ぎ口を上から押さえる付加的部品で閉じることもで
きる。また、注ぎ口が小缶の中に押し込まれれば、開口部内に挿入され、小缶を
閉じられるような閉鎖用部品の収納も考慮されている。
ＵＳ ３,７０１,４５４には、開放が容易な閉止システムが開示されている。
上部断片とそれから下方に延びる周囲つば、このつばの一部分と上部断片の一部
を含む部分的開放ゾーンを画定する２本のスコアライン(切り溝)、スコアライン
に沿って部分的開放ゾーンを破断して制限された開口部を提供するために前記ゾ
ーンに取付けられたはめ込みシステム、つばの一部分と上部断片の一部分を含む

ＥＰ.０７４４,３５５には、容器の飲み口に関して突出する部分を形成するた
めにフタの内側とフタの開口部とを組み合わせた装置が開示されている。突出部
分は、シートの形で延長する管状本体で、端部においてフタと容器の本体の間に
はさまれている。容器に入った製品が容器の外部に触れることなく管状本体から
直接外に出てくる。
これらの特許は全て、金属缶の開封の改善方法かつ/又はさらに衛生的な利用
のための試みについて記述している。しかしながら、もともとこれらの異なる特
許は同タイプの金属缶を利用しており、これら従来の金属缶には数多くの欠点が
ある。
従来の金属缶のフタは缶の中に押し込まれており、その為上縁部及び周囲溝が
ある。この溝に非衛生的なあらゆる種類の物質が溜まる可能性がある。
その上、プルタブを取り去ることで設けられる開口部は、液体を注ぎ出すため
の流路の無い単純な開口部である。
本発明はこれらの欠点を全て回避しようとするものである。
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、金属製プルタブを取り除くことにより
開口部ができる円筒形の飲料用金属缶において、缶のフタが上縁部と同じ高さで
、該フタの一部分が口と接触するようになっており、その部分は湾曲し、中央部
に開口部がある楕円形で、口と接触する部分には、もぎ取りリング付のプルタブ
によってそれ自体もぎ取られる保護用キャップがあることを特徴とする飲料用金
属缶を提供する。
好ましい一実施形態によれば、フタの当該部分は湾曲し、ユーザーの唇を置く
ことができるように口の形をしている。この湾曲した部分により大量の液体を残
さずに注ぎ出すことができる。
開口部には、液体の流出を容易にする流路が具備されている。
好ましい一実施形態において、開口部は楕円形を有する。
金属プルタブは、缶の流路の開口部に対して偏心されている。
口と接触するフタの部分の形状にぴったりと合う形の保護用キャップは、その
保護する部分の周囲ツメの中に専用に設けられた溝により強制嵌合される予め型
打ちされた部材でできている。
このキャップは、予めカットされたゾーンによって囲まれた中央部分を有し、
その全体がもぎ取り用プルタブと共に取り除かれるが、キャップの一部は所定の
場所にとどまってユーザーを縁部から保護している。
添付図面は一例であり、これにより制限するものではない。これらの図面は、
本発明の実施形態を表わしている。これにより、本発明の理解が容易となるであ
ろう。

本発明は、金属プルタブを取り除くことによって開封される飲料用金属缶であ
る。
従来タイプの金属缶は、図１及び図２に表わされている。缶１には、金属プル
タブ３を取り除くことによって開けられる開口部２が備わっている。
通常タイプの飲料用金属缶は、特に缶のフタとその開口部及び缶の上縁との間
の大きな溝のため、数多くの欠点を呈する。この溝には、該金属缶の保管及び取
扱い中に汚れやごみ、屑が溜まってしまう。
本発明は、これらの問題を全て解決するものである。すなわち、金属プルタブ
６を取り除くことで開口部５ができる円筒形の金属缶４である。前記缶４のフタ
７は前記金属缶４の上縁部８と同じ高さである。フタの一部、つまり部分９は口
と接触する部分である。この部分９は、湾曲しかつ楕円形をしており、中心部分
には開口部５が備わっている。

また、図７に示すように、もぎ取り用プルタブ１２は開口部５に対して偏心さ
れている。フタ７の部分９の形状にぴったり合う形の保護用キャップ１１は、口
と接触するようになっており、このキャップ１１の周囲に専用に設けられた溝１
３により強制嵌合される予め型打ちされた部材で作られている。この溝は、部分
９の周囲ツメ１４に強制的に嵌め合わされる。
キャップ１１は、その主要中央部分全体が予めカットされたゾーン１５で囲ま
れている。予めカットされた中央部分１５は、もぎ取り用プルタブ１２を取り除
くことで除去されるようになっている。一方キャップ９の残りの部分１６は、キ
ャップの縁及び部分９のあらゆる凸凹からユーザーの唇を保護するため所定の場
所にとどまる。
上の記載から容易に分かるように、本発明の缶は、ユーザーの口と接触するあ
らゆる部分９を最後まで保護する。
この部分の形状及び流路１０により、飲料の流出が容易になる。
この金属缶は、現行の材料で容易に生産することができる。
