Abstract

Ensemble d'électrodes pour résectoscope (18) comprenant une électrode d'incision (1) dotée d'une extrémité distale à boucle et possédant une première densité d'énergie. Une électrode de coagulation (2) comporte une extrémité distale à boucle et possède une seconde densité d'énergie inférieure à la première. Une structure de support est raccordée aux électrodes d'incision et de coagulation (1, 2) et à une source d'énergie (24) afin d'alimenter en énergie les électrodes (1, 2). L'électrode de coagulation (2) coagule le tissu au même moment où l'électrode d'incision (1) incise le tissu. Le résectoscope (18) de l'invention comprend l'ensemble électrode, une gaine (14) pourvue d'un lumen (14a, 14b), un élément de travail (15) et un appareil de visualisation (16).
