Abstract

La préparation anti-inflammatoire comprend une fraction active, purifiée qui a été isolée d'un extrait lipidique de Perna canaliculus ou Mytilus edulis, ou un composant actif de ceux-ci. Le composé d'acide 5,11,14,17-eicosatétraénoïque peut être un constituant principal de la fraction active. Une forme sensiblement pure de l'acide 5,11,14,17-eicosatétraénoïque est isolée et des esters, amides et sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de cet acide ont été identifiés. Ces composés sont utilisés dans des traitements et préparations anti-inflammatoires.
