Abstract

L'invention concerne également un procédé de traitement de la matrice interne de l'os contenant une dose prédéterminée de matière amovible, ladite matrice contenant également une dose prédéterminée de lipide immobilisant sensiblement ladite matière amovible, ledit procédé comprenant l'étape consistant à mettre en contact ladite matrice avec une atmosphère donnée à une pression inférieure à la pression ambiante, pendant une durée efficace pour réduire ladite teneur en lipide à un niveau inférieur à sa dose prédéterminée.
