Abstract
Description

Claims (37)
- 抗菌性多糖と、
骨刺激剤とを含む、多孔性形状記憶骨伝導性整形外科用インプラント。 - 前記多糖がキトサンである、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記キトサンの濃度が約5%より高い、請求項2に記載のインプラント。
- 前記キトサンの濃度が約30%より高い、請求項2に記載のインプラント。
- 前記骨刺激剤がカルシウム塩を含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記カルシウム塩の濃度が約10%より高い、請求項5に記載のインプラント。
- 前記カルシウム塩の濃度が約30%より高い、請求項5に記載のインプラント。
- 前記カルシウム塩がリン酸カルシウムである、請求項5に記載のインプラント。
- 前記骨刺激剤が、約100μmより大きい顆粒を含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記骨刺激剤が組織を含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記組織が、同種移植、異種移植または自家移植の組織である、請求項10に記載のインプラント。
- 前記組織が、少なくとも部分的に脱灰された骨である、請求項10に記載のインプラント。
- 前記インプラントが架橋している、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記インプラントの孔径が、少なくとも部分的に速度制御した凍結に基づく、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記インプラントの孔の方向が、前記インプラントの指定表面の指向性凍結に少なくとも部分的に基づいて調節される、請求項14に記載のインプラント。
