Abstract

On décrit une conduite métallique avec une chemise intégrée (16) et un procédé de fabrication de cette conduite, laquelle est destinée à des environnements corrosifs et abrasifs. La chemise (16) est constituée d'une couche relativement épaisse de polyéthylène de haute densité qui est liée à chaud au tube métallique. On applique une couche intermédiaire polymère coextrudée constitué d'acide éthylène acrylique) et d'un mélange acide éthylène acrylique polyéthylène sur la partie intérieure de la conduite métallique pour faciliter la liaison thermique. La couche intermédiaire (11) est appliquée sur la plaque métallique au cours d'un prétraitement, avant la formation par laminage de nervures (12) dans la feuille métallique. La chemise de polyéthylène (16) est appliquée après la formation des nervures (12) pour donner une surface lisse et efficace du point de vue hydraulique, qui est résistante à l'action corrosive de l'acide sulfurique et d'autres susbstances corrosives que l'on peut rencontrer dans les installations sanitaires, ainsi qu'à l'abrasion provoquée par la circulation de débris transportés par l'eau tels que la terre et les graviers, que l'on rencontre dans les conduites souterraines.
