Certains travaux mauels qui ne sont pas des plus agréa-bles à exécuter ne semblent pas avoir retenu l'attention 5 des inventeurs ni des fabricants d'outils ou d'appareils.
Mon invention consiste en un appareil servant comme sup-port pour-un sac en plastique tout en gardant ouverte son embouchure façilitant ainsi son remplissage comme par exemple lors du ramassage des feuilles mortes en sai-10 son. Cet appareil est constitué de deux éléments, dont,le cadre, destin~ destiné à recevoir l'embouchure du sac, la dite embouchure étant repliée à 180 degrés sur le ca-dre et, à cause du fait que celui-ci est légèrement plus grand que l'embouchure il est alors nécessaire de tendre 15 la membrane de l'embouchure afin d'effectuer cette ins-tallation, l'effet ressort résultant de cette tension maintient de ce fait solidement l'embouchure contre le cadre. Ce cadre est muni d'un réceptacle tubulaire per-mettant de l'enficher sur la tige de support ce qui le 20 maintient donc dans une position horizontale.
Le deuxieme élément est la tige de support, destiner à
supporter le cadre, laquelle tige est munie à un endroit quelconque de son bout inférieur d'un appui permettant de l'enfonçer dans le sol par une simple pression du 25 pied contre cet appui, pour ensuite y enficher le cadre et y installer le sac. Le remplissage du sac est donc grandement façilité. Le cadre peut aussi être utilisé
8~92 seul, servant alors à maintenir ouverte l'embouchure du sac, il est alors très façile en l'appuyant sur le sol et en le maintenant d'une main, d'y pousser avec l'autre main une grande quantité de feuilles.
5 Les avantages de cette invention sont évidents à partir de la constation que le nettoyage de parterre, particu-lièrement le ramassage des feui~les mortes est alors fa-cilité et s'exécute plus rapidement. Un autre avantage de cette invention provient de la possibilité de son u-10 tilisation comme support de sac à vidange lors des fêtesextérieures ou des rassemblements de foule, sa mise en place fa~ile et rapide de même que son poids et son en-combrement réduit en permet le transport et l'installa-tion en quantité assez nombreuse pour couvrir toutes les 15 aires des terrains ou circuleront les foules.

Se référant à la figure 1, cette invention consiste en un support servant à tenir ouverte l'embouchure d'un sac en plastique ainsi qu'a maintenir celui-ci en position verti-10 cale en vue d'en façiliter le remplissage, particulière-ment lors de la cueuillette des feuilles mortes en saison.
I1 se compose de deux éléments, soit le cadre amovible et la tige de support.
Le cadre amovible consiste en une structure pouvant être fa-15 briqué de différents matériaux dont le métal et pouvant êtreconçu sous différente formes dont un rectangle à coins ar-rondis, sous lequel cadre est fixé par moyen de soudure ou autrement, un réceptacle tubulaire destiné à recevoir la par-tie supérieure de la tige de support. Ce cadre sert à rece-20 voir, à retenir et à maintenir ouverte l'embouchure du sac.L'installation du sac sur le cadre se fait de la façon sui-vante: la sac est d'abord passé à l'intérieur du cadre et son embouchure est ensuite repliée par dessus le cadre, le 25 pourtour de celui-ci étant légèrement supérieur au pourtour de l'embouchure du sac il est donc nécessaire de tendre ce-lui-ci et il en résulte alors un effet élastique du matériel permettant ainsi un maintient ferme.
La tige de support consiste en une structure allongée pou-vant être fabriqué de différent matériaux dont le métalet d'un diamètre quelconque, mais légèrement inférieur à celui du réceptacle tubulaire du cadre afin de per-mettre de l'insérer dans le dit réceptacle assurant 5 ainsi la position horizontale du cadre. Cette tige de support est munie à une distance quelconque de son bout inférieur d'un appui fixé à celle-ci par moyen de sou-dure ou autrement, le dit appui servant de moyen per-mettant de façiliter l'enfoncement dans le sol du bout 10 inférieur de la tige par une poussée du pied. La tige de support étant ainsi plantée servira donc à mainte-nir en place le cadre et donc le sac.
Une variante de l'invention comporte une façon diffé-rente de fixer au cadre le réceptacle tubulaire, celui-15 ci étant fixé sur le coté du pourtour du cadre plutotque en dessous, son orifice supérieur demeurant alors libre au passage de la tige permettant ainsi de déplacer vers le bas ou vers le haut le cadre pour l'ajuster à
une hauteur convenant au besoin du travail, rendant 20 ainsi le remplissage du sac plus façile. Dans cette variante, la retenue en place du cadre contre la tige de support est assuré par le phénomène de porte-a-faux, le poids de la partie opposée du cadre à la tige de support étant suffisant pour coincer son réceptacle tu-25 bulaire contre la tige.Faisant référence aux dessins, les éléments qui compo-sent cette inventi on sont:

Après avoir enfonçé dans le sol le bout inférieur de la tige de support jusqu'à l'appui, on enfiche le cadre sur 20 la tige et on installe ensuite le sac sur le cadre en y insérant son embouchure dans le centre du cadre, par des-sous et l'on retourne ensuite la membrane de l'embouchure sur l'extérieur du cadre tout en tendant légèrement à cau-de la dimension légèrement supérieure du cadre.
