A titré d'exemple ~ non limitatif, on peut avantageusement utlliser : : : ::
: :

~ a present invention relates to a device intended to remedy mild urinary incontinence in women.
It is estimated that the pathology of incontinence affects more than a million ~ ujets in France of prominent sex, and many young women are and active ~ ui cnt des: difficulties ~ és to hold back to urinate enough ~ open to ~ ue it bothers them : in their daily life.
This ~ e ~: incontinence is characterized èssentieIlement: by u ~ e ~ leak of urine in jet ~ ui : occurs during: bxusque efforts accompanied by a hyperpressure: abdominal; it can be provoked : by a ~ cough, ~ a laugh,: a sneeze or even a hangement: abrupt ~ e: ~ position. ~ This is a handlcap ~ real; qul ~ gets progressively worse and man1fest ~: f ~ also in active or sporting life (running ~ brisk walking: tennis, gol ~ ...).
ParmL ~ le ~ s dif: wicked mechanisms implicated in these ~ phenomena, the: more frequently encountered corresponds to a: ptosis, that is to say a descent of the bladder at the level of the cervix v ~ és1cal following a 25: relaxation of the muscles ~ of the ~ pelvic diaphragm: the : ~, WO94 / 132 ~ ~ i 2 ~ ~ 3 0 PCT / FR33 / 01206 ~
urethrovesical junction is thus out of imprint of abdominal pressures and tightness of the bladder can no longer always be guaranteed.
In addition to wearing disposable pads, the treatment of these stress incontinence consists in attempt re-education of the perineal muscles, that is say a strengthening of the muscle floor which supports the bladder and closes the urethra; such re-education does unfortunately often only gives results disappointing.
Until now, if this fails rehabilitation, the only treatment was surgical intervention carrying out a suspension of the anterior vaginal wall often moored to retropubic ligaments. However, this is a "heavy" treatment for this reason reserved for cases of major discomfort.
The object of the invention is to remedy this disadvantage in pr ~ posing an alternative to treatment mentioned above, in particular to women who are not not want to have surgery or whose discomfort is insufficient to justify such a intervention.
To this end, the invention proposes a device for ~ remedying urinary incontinence slight in women intended to be introduced into the vaginal cavity and held under the bladder so that support ~ ette last as well ~ g ~ e urethra through of the anterior vaginal wall and to oppose the ptosis of the bladder neck.
~ According to the invention, this device is `~ characterized in that it is constituted by a body removable without sharp angles made of a material chemically inert non-adherent and ~ `35 organic and not likely to create problems 21 ~. ~ 53 (1 WO94 / 132 ~ PCT / FR93 / 01206 of allergy, this removable body whose presence does not prevent urination being likely to be put easily installed by the user in its cavity vaginal and to be extracted when necessary.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the removable body is UII shaped body ovoid and has a small end through which the user can insert it into her vagina and a big end by which it can extract it.
Such a device can easily be put in placed by the user, largely similar to periodic tampons when a situation at risk of leakage: bronchitis, cough chxonic / running, tennis, golf It is essential to choose, for the body ovoid, dimensions allowing it to oppose bladder lowering mechanism during efforts and so urine leakage, but, san ~ cause d ~ untimely ascent of the urethra, so allow easy urination without removing the device which can thus be held in place for several ; hours, especially for a full day of eight hours.
For example, we were able to obtain particularly satisfying results with a body ovoid having a total length of the order of 40 to 50 mm and a diameter of the order of 25 to 38 mm. These dimensions cannot, of course, in any way ; I be considered as limiting of ii ~. j the invention.
It is also essential to allow the user can easily switch the device off and quickly ~ lt when needed; it is, in this ef ~ and, conceivable to provide the large end of the ovoid body at least a flexible wire projecting towards WO94 / 132 ~ PCT / FR93 / 01206 2 1 2 ~ 3 ~ 4 outside, largely similar to the drawstring periodic buffers; such a wire, which must be very flexible and not "prick" so as not to risk damage the user's vaginal tissue, may have a length of the order of 7 to 8 cm and be provided, at its free end, a bead facilitating its grip hand during extraction.
However, according to one characteristic preferential of the invention, the ovoid body is hollow e ~ is provided at its large end with a central hole suitable for gripping with a finger and allowing easy removal.
As already indicated, it is essential, in accordance with the invention, that the presence of the ovoid body does not prevent urination when it is put in place.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the central opening ~ provided at the large end, cooperates with an orifice located at the level of the small end.
The presence of ~ e second orifice allows ; the flow of s ~ physlological skeletons.
To ~ be able to give ~ satisfaction, it is, of course ~ of course necessary ~ that the removable body cannot not cause a traumatic injury and therefore, in addition its rounded shape, ~ let it be r ~ made of a material ::::
not adherent ~ and perfectly lnerte as long as view ~ chemlque that ~ from the ~ point of ~ biological VU2 and nsn likely to have problems with Alexlexia when is in contact with human tissue.
In accordance with a characteristic preferential of the invention, the removable body is made of a biocompatible plastic material.
As an example ~ not limiting, we can advantageously use ::: ::
::
~ 094/132 ~ 2 ~ 3 0 PCT / FRg3 / 01206 - high density polyethylene (HDPE), - polypropylene (PP), - polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and its derivatives t - polyamides (PA), - polyurethane (PUR), - silicones ~ Si) - fluorinated resins including polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
It should be noted that the fluorinated resins have already the subject of numerous applications biomedical (bone prostheses ~ vascular and catheters) and have always satisfied requirements specific to this particular area.
In accordance with the invention, it is furthermore advantageous to incorporate into the material of the removable body / as an additive, substances ; odor absorbents - especially ammonia such as odors generated by urinary incontinence.
: In a non-limiting way, we can, at this effect, quote the zeolites incorporated in the material plastic ~ at concentrations included in one range of 0.1 and 5% by weight. Among these zeolites, ~: we can, ~ for ~ example, mention : ~ ~ sodium aluminosilicate.
: ~ in the presence of ~ a ~: such additive allows a significant improvement in user comfort.

As an example, body irregularities removable can advantageously be constituted by a series of annular grooves and / or ribs peripherals located at ni ~ water of the large end.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the removable body is provided with slots essentially parallel longitudinal. The role of these slots, which are ~ if necessary, perpendicular grooves and / or annular ribs is to give the device a elasticity of na ~ ure to facilitate its installation and its maintenance.
