Abstract

Un étui hygiénique pour les types de protections féminines comprenant les serviettes sanitaires, les protège-dessous et les tampons, de forme généralement rectangulaire et comportant trois compartiments, un supérieur, un médian et un inférieur; -le supérieur de forme généralement rectangulaire avec une ouverture orientée vers le médian et des coins arrondis; -le médian également de forme généralement rectangulaire et comprenant des rabats sur les côtés, formant ainsi un compartiment largement plus grand que les supérieur et inférieur, son ouverture faisant face à l'ouverture du compartiment supérieur; -l'inférieur également de forme généralement rectangulaire l'ouverture dudit compartiment inférieur étant orientée vers le compartiment médian, et comprenant une face externe soutenant deux pochettes définissant ainsi un quatrième et un cinquième compartiments dont les ouvertures sont orientées face à face. Lorsque des tampons longs sont installés dans les pochettes 48 et 49, le dos n'étant pas plié, il n'y a pas de pression qui tende à
écraser les bouts des tampons.
Le compartiment supérieur vu de face --FIG.3-- montre une attache 60 disposée centralement et qui correspond une fois l'étui plié--FIG.2--à une contre-partie 62--FIG.4--installé sur le dos 14. La meme bordure 12 de la vue de face --FIG.1-- devient 64 sur la vue de dos --FIG.4--. Le rectangle pointillé représente la position de l'attache 60. On peut utiliser préférablement du velcrotm comme attache ou un autre type d'attache, tel qu'agrafe, bouton, colle, bouton pression.
Quand on utilise des tampons longs qui sont installés dans les pochettes 48 et 49, le dos n'étant pas plié il n'y a pas de pression qui tende à écraser le bout des tampons.
AUTRES POSSIBILITÉS DE RÉAlISATION
Un modèle de poche est possible sans la présence des pochettes du compartiment inférieur; ce modèle est pratique pour les sportifs et pour les adolescentes. Un modèle en cuir est possible, celui-ci sera nettoyable avec des produits pour l'entretien du cuir et cela à la main.

An additional objective is to provide a hyglenic case and washable compact for types of folded sanitary napkins and short pads, this case being generally shaped rectangular and with three compartments arranged transversely, an upper compartment, a compartment middle and lower compartment: the upper compartment being generally rectangular in shape and having two corners upper are rounded; the middle compartment also of generally rectangular in shape and including a pocket thick l ~ rge whose opening is oriented towards the upper compartment; the lower compartment being rather thin but having the opening oriented in the same direction as the opening of the middle compartment; the case being also surrounded of a border and falt according to the same precepts in the choice of material according to the previous objectives.

-low and by their sides facing outwards. The openings 50 and 51 --FIG.1-- are oriented face to face, one towards the other. The edges of the compartments thus formed also include edges 56 and 58 to strengthen them.
When long pads are installed in pockets 48 and 49, the back not being folded, there is no pressure which tends to crush the tips of the pads.
The upper compartment seen from the front --FIG.3-- shows an attachment 60 centrally arranged and which corresponds once the case is folded--FIG.2 - to a counterpart 62 - FIG.4 - installed on the back 14. The same border 12 of the front view --FIG.1-- becomes 64 on the view from back --FIG.4--. The dotted rectangle represents the position of fastener 60. It is preferable to use velcrotm as fastener or other type of fastener, such as clip, button, glue, press button.
When using long pads that are installed in the pockets 48 and 49, the back not being folded there is no pressure which tends to crush the end of the pads.
OTHER POSSIBILITIES
A pocket model is possible without the presence of the pockets of the lower compartment; this model is practical for athletes and for teenage girls. A leather model is possible, this one can be cleaned with leather care products and this by hand.
Other realizations are possible and limited only by the scope of the following claims:

Claims

1. A hygienic case with compartments, said case being intended transport, discreetly thanks to its appearance of wallet, for several types of hygienic protection feminine including sanitary napkins of the maxi types and mini, the liners and the compact or extended pads, said case being of generally rectangular shape and oriented longitudinally with respect to a system of axes and comprising a back and a face, said face comprising three sections foldable on top of each other defining three compartments to be used to receive feminine hygienic protections, an upper compartment, a middle compartment and a lower compartment;
-said upper compartment having dimensions to receive protectors below and serving as a flap on said case in folded position, said upper compartment being shaped generally rectangular oriented transversely, defining an opening oriented towards said middle compartment;
-said median compartment being a bellows pocket having dimensions to receive several maxi-towels or panty liners, said median compartment also being shaped generally rectangular oriented transversely, said compartment comprising a central part comprising flaps on the sides, said central part being attached by said flaps and bottom and thus forming a much larger compartment larger than said upper and lower compartments, said middle compartment having its opening facing the opening said upper compartment;
-said lower compartment having dimensions to accommodate mini-towels, said lower compartment also being of generally rectangular shape oriented transversely, the opening of said lower compartment being oriented towards the middle compartment, and comprising an external face supporting two sleeves thus defining a fourth and a fifth compartments intended to receive the end of several tampons elongated or compact and whose openings are facing to face.

2. A case for female protections, as described in the claim 1, or the corners of the upper compartment are rounded.

3. A case for female protections, as described in claim 1, wherein said lower compartment has two small pieces of equipment generally rectangular in shape and vertically oriented, said small parts being attached at the lateral ends of the lower compartment on said face external, said small parts being attached from above, the bottom and their outer sides, thus defining said fourth and fifth compartment for receiving the extended pads or compact.

4. A case for female protections, as described in the claim 1, the back of which is made of washable material or leather, vinyl or other similar material as far as it is washable, said back comprising a lining made of a material machine washable.

5. A case for female protections, as described in claim 1, the border of which is made of washable material or leather or vinyl or any other similar material for as long as it is washable.

6. A case for female protections, as described in claim 1, the dimensions of which said median compartment are equal to or greater than those of the maxi sanitary napkins or several panty liners available on the market.

7. A case for female protections, as described in claim 6, the dimensions of which said median compartment allow to have more than one layer of thickness of maxi sanitary napkins folded in their commercial packaging, said layers being housed in two rows side by side, or pantiliners arranged in several layers.

8. A case for female protections, as described in the claim 1, of which the fourth and fifth compartments are large enough for at least eight compact pads or four elongated pads available on the market can be inserted in said small pockets of the lower part.

9. A small hygienic case with compartments, said small case being intended for transport, discreetly thanks to its appearance of wallet, of several types of protections feminine hygiene including sanitary napkins type maxi and mini folded in their commercial packaging, protect them below folded and compact pads, said small case being smaller dimensions than said case described in claim 1, said small case being of generally rectangular shape oriented longitudinally with respect to a system of axes and having a back, a face and a border surrounding the perimeter of said small case, said face comprising two compartments, one upper compartment, and a lower compartment;
-said upper compartment having dimensions to receive a few mini-towels or two maxi-towels, said upper compartment being generally rectangular in shape transversely oriented and comprising two corners upper rounded;
-said lower compartment having dimensions to accommodate three compact pads, said lower compartment being also generally rectangular in shape and oriented transversely, comprising a first piece of material of identical shape superimposed, attached by the sides and by the bottom, thus forming a second pocket facing upwards.

10. A small case for female protections, as described in claim 9, the border of which consists of a strip narrow of material surrounding the perimeter of said small case and part of which is folded over the back and the other over the face.

11. A small case for female protections, as described in claim 9, of which all the parts making up compartments of said face are made of washable material machine.

12. A case as defined in claim 1, the upper compartment and back have lashing means to hold on to each other.

13. A case as defined in claim 12 wherein said tie down means include ribbons hooking one to the other through their textile fibers, such as Velcro tm.
