Definitions
- the invention relates to convertible luggage which by simple apparatus can hold another function or other functions, which can be used as a seat.
- This is luggage equipped with a rigid frame folding metal profiles and coating, as well as additional accessories including flexible material, which give the bag first appearance of a backpack or possibly shopping bag or trolley case.
- trolley-type trolley with four wheels more specifically a trolley or folding trolley, where the seat is created as a folding construction, in the integrated transport position in the vertical part of the frame of the trolley.
- the luggage itself is folding, knowing that the luggage is here or the containers, the suitcases or cartons, deposited on the loading platform of the trolley.
- baggage character of backpack according to US Patent 5,927,798, where on the back wall of said backpack is hung the folding frame of a seat, created on the principle of cross amounts, where between upper partitions is stretched a seating surface in the deployed position.
- the convertible luggage must be made concretely as a backpack, then the variants described in a rather general manner, apparent in the patent cited CZ U 23492, also have a version with carrying straps, which has a luggage resembling a bag to back, where however, for the optimal practical use of this construction, concretely for luggage in the appearance of classic backpack, it is also necessary to solve a combination of other details of construction, including the arrangement of space storage relative to the installation, fixing and camouflage of the supporting frame of the seat part of the entire baggage.
- the purpose of the technical solution is to create an optimal combination of elements of the duct, the frame and the compartments of the storage space in one! bag-type backpack.
- the convertible luggage type backpack that is both folding and convertible or usable as a seat
- a convertible bag including a backpack involving a folding cross frame with flexible seat surface and flexible sheath, defining the storage space in this luggage, where at the same time, the folding cross frame is placed along the periphery of the luggage storage space, is permanently housed in the luggage sheath and fitted for folding and deployment in the direction perpendicular to the back wall of the luggage and at the same time the flexible seat surface is in the form of a flexible covering, attached to the upper part of the folding cross frame, while the principle is that the storage space comprises at least two main compartments where the first main compartment is delimited by the primary wall or dorsal armature, then delimited by side walls less rigid than the primary wall or dorsal frame, finally delimited by a flexible partition of a thickness and rigidity still less than the thickness and rigidity of the side walls, while in

It is also advantageous if the opening top connection connecting the circumferential opening in the upper part of the side walls, including the upper horizontal part of said side walls, is made as a zipper.
- the flexible partition between the first main compartment and the second main compartment of the storage space is connected to the flexible sheath of the luggage along its periphery, and at the junction of the side walls with the outer front wall of the luggage and at the same time its dimensions and its shape conform to the size and shape of the first main compartment of the luggage storage space in the area between the level or the surface of the junction of the flexible partition and the flexible sheath of the luggage and the level or surface of the dorsal wall with armature.
- the folding cross frame is designed in itself advantageously, so that on the sides are intersecting and at the crossing connected by a pivot the feet which are connected in the upper and lower part of the folding cross frame, from one side to the other by horizontal bars, to which is attached in the upper part, a flexible coating, creating at the same time the carrier layer of the flexible seat surface and where the flexible covering interconnects these horizontal bars in the extended position of the baggage, and this by limiting the length of this flexible coating the free opening of the upper part of the folding cross frame.
- This flexible lower flap is advantageously attached to the flexible sheath of the bag, on one of its longitudinal sides with the aid of a separable lower slide, by opening or by withdrawal, and its other longitudinal side, at least one location by means of a Velcro-fastening strip, and wherein at least in the central third of the length of the second longitudinal side of the flexible lower flap is housed a part of the magnetic connecting element, the second part of which is placed on the surface of the outer front wall of the luggage, while at the same time on the lower horizontal side wall of the luggage appears parallel to the lower flap a storage compartment of said flexible lower flap, which can be closed using the lower slide pocket. It is also advantageous, if the folding cross frame is in its lower part equipped with at least two wheels.
- the luggage is equipped in the upper part of its outer front wall and its primary or back-armored wall with flexible handles, where the rear or primary armored wall is at the same time designed as the back wall of the body.
- backpack which is equipped with shoulder straps.
- These handles can serve on the one hand to maintain the bag when sitting on the luggage, to prevent it from falling or slipping on the side, especially if it is equipped with casters, on the other hand they can be used to seize the respective sides of the luggage to facilitate its deployment, so for unfolding from the folded position, or we can also hang the luggage to said handles, or for example in case of relatively heavy load, wear it more easily to two.
- the shoulder straps are appropriate especially in the version typically made as a backpack, they may be appropriate also in the baggage version or possibly even suitcase, where it is not so typical, but even such a variant is possible. However, both the bag and suit version can be wheeled, but not necessarily.

- the sheath of the luggage delimits inside the storage space, comprising at least two main compartments, more precisely in the pilot embodiment present, precisely two main compartments 210,220, then in this spirit, the delimitation of the storage space can be achieved by internal segmentation into several main compartments and possibly by segmentation of these main compartments themselves 210,220, for example by partitions in several sections, or partial segments of storage spaces. It is also possible to attach to the flexible sheath 20 of the luggage 100, durably or releasably, other storage spaces, such as pouches, pockets, etc. The addition of these other compartments, partitions, etc. is not here represented for the sake of simplification, but their realization is known and a specialist in this field will easily create them. In the version described, the backpack, can even be completed, by the usual means, a lumbar belt with opening, etc.
- the first main compartment 210 serves to receive the folding cross frame 0 and separates including the second main compartment 220 which is intended to contain the material, and on the contrary this load is protected from contact with the frame 10 and thus deterioration possibly caused by the frame 10.
- the flexible lower flap 26 serves to protect objects and people around dirt and damage caused by the free ends of feet H which protrude.
- this lower flexible flap 26 can either be fully wound and housed in the pocket 260, or it can be completely detached.
- the lower flexible flap 26 attached by its free edge by a hook and loop fastener (Velcro) 262 to the lower part of the backed frame wall 21, or conversely in the position of the feet 11 discovered, so typically when seated on the seat, the flexible lower flap 26 is attached by its free edge by a magnetic connecting element 264 to the lower part of the outer front wall 22.
- Velcro hook and loop fastener
- the equipment according to the invention filed can be used as luggage in the form of a backpack and at the same time as a seat, knowing that both are folding at the same time to facilitate their transport, if the luggage contains no load , or if it is necessary to reduce the space when storing the luggage, in case of its non use. If the luggage has a load, it is possible to almost fully use the space of the first main compartment of the storage space, because the flexible partition between the first and the second main compartment of the storage space allows by its shape and its dimensions, even keeping said compartments separate, to take advantage of the two volumes for the storage of equipment, or the load. Equipped with casters, the equipment becomes trolley, backpack, bag or suitcase with wheels.

Description
Domaine technique Technical area
The invention relates to convertible luggage which by simple apparatus can hold another function or other functions, which can be used as a seat. This is luggage equipped with a rigid frame folding metal profiles and coating, as well as additional accessories including flexible material, which give the bag first appearance of a backpack or possibly shopping bag or trolley case.
Currently, there are many models of backpacks, shopping bag or suitcase, possibly with wheels, and also many models of folding seats, where the frame is made of metal profiles and the top of textile. Such seats exist of different types, ranging from simple tripods, with the three feet that intersect at half height, where they are articulated together, and where at the upper ends is a piece of triangular textile material, which after deployment of said tripod, creates a seating surface; through four-legged seats of similar construction, where two arches are connected in a cross, on the upper side of which is always threaded the seat surface of textile material or even for example leather; to the more complex and comfortable chairs or loungers, with backrest and armrests or even with sun visor, or the frame is then even more segmented but the dimensions and weight are then higher. Also known luggage with a certain degree of variability, on the one hand provided with wheels to allow them to roll, sometimes on the upper surface of the often rigid luggage, a surface is provided that can be used as a seat. The last popular baggage items mentioned have a standard construction and dimensions of suitcases and their disadvantage lies here in the impossibility of folding the baggage when it is transported without contents, or when it is not foreseen its imminent use as a seat. In the context of the known types of convertible seats, there is for example the famous seat according to the US patent D306, 543, where the popular folding seat with backrest can be stored in a flat towel-type bag with handles to transport the seat in a folded position, where the seat and backrest surface serve as a zippered container for holding the frame after tilting to a flat position. This seat, however, does not have, nor deployed in its folded form, any storage space, except the storage space for the construction itself. The folding seat according to US Pat. No. 6,264,078 is also known, where the frame itself of the seat has a structure somewhat different from that of the seat according to US Pat. No. D306,543, but the principle of envelope on the base of the seat. and the folded file is here almost identical to the aforementioned patent. Here again, there is no additional storage space. One guesses a luggage with storage space and use to sit for example in US Patent 5,819,999, where it is a backpack with attached to its dorsal part, a transverse fold tray in the middle, where the tray detaches from the backpack and unfolds like a seat without a foot, having only bent ends and on both sides a coupling from the front end of the seat to the upper end of the backrest. Here, the seat is provided on a raised base, where only the comfort of the seat is improved by a soft seat cousin and the creation of a folder. It is in a similar principle to a certain extent that was designed luggage according to US Patent 2009/0308706. It is a trolley-type trolley with four wheels, more specifically a trolley or folding trolley, where the seat is created as a folding construction, in the integrated transport position in the vertical part of the frame of the trolley. Not even here, the luggage itself is folding, knowing that the luggage is here or the containers, the suitcases or cartons, deposited on the loading platform of the trolley. There is even known baggage character of backpack, according to US Patent 5,927,798, where on the back wall of said backpack is hung the folding frame of a seat, created on the principle of cross amounts, where between upper partitions is stretched a seating surface in the deployed position. In addition to the only attachment of the seat to the back portion of the backpack, there is apparently no further integration of the seat to the bag described.
For all the known constructions described with creation of a folding seat, or even combination of folding seat with luggage, the folding of the baggage itself is not adjusted, however being generally possible, but not in combination with the folding of the seat. We even know the solution brought by the patent CZ U 23492, where the objective is to create a convertible seat such that, in addition to its coupling with a luggage, it is possible to fold and deploy simultaneously the two members of this system, and where it is possible at the same time to use the seat even if the luggage does not have to be folded or deployed. In addition, the construction according to the patent cited rules the aesthetic problem, where it is desirable in many cases that the frame of such constructions is rather hidden, at least when the seat is used as luggage, because often the user does not wish not that it is obvious that, for example, in addition to his shopping bag he also carries a seat, which accuses his lower physical condition and / or his advanced age.
If the convertible luggage must be made concretely as a backpack, then the variants described in a rather general manner, apparent in the patent cited CZ U 23492, also have a version with carrying straps, which has a luggage resembling a bag to back, where however, for the optimal practical use of this construction, concretely for luggage in the appearance of classic backpack, it is also necessary to solve a combination of other details of construction, including the arrangement of space storage relative to the installation, fixing and camouflage of the supporting frame of the seat part of the entire baggage. The purpose of the technical solution is to create an optimal combination of elements of the duct, the frame and the compartments of the storage space in one! bag-type backpack.
Le principe de l'invention The principle of invention
The optimization announced in the choice and configuration of the different elements of the convertible baggage is mainly regulated and the convertible luggage type backpack that is both folding and convertible or usable as a seat, is designed according to the present invention, and by a convertible bag including a backpack, involving a folding cross frame with flexible seat surface and flexible sheath, defining the storage space in this luggage, where at the same time, the folding cross frame is placed along the periphery of the luggage storage space, is permanently housed in the luggage sheath and fitted for folding and deployment in the direction perpendicular to the back wall of the luggage and at the same time the flexible seat surface is in the form of a flexible covering, attached to the upper part of the folding cross frame, while the principle is that the storage space comprises at least two main compartments where the first main compartment is delimited by the primary wall or dorsal armature, then delimited by side walls less rigid than the primary wall or dorsal frame, finally delimited by a flexible partition of a thickness and rigidity still less than the thickness and rigidity of the side walls, while in this first main compartment is housed the folding cross frame, knowing that the side walls are in their lower half designed in such a width, that it covers the folding cross frame both in folded position, in position deployed, while said side walls are in their upper half designed in such a width, that it covers the oss folded cross only in the folded position, while said side walls are in this upper half including in the upper horizontal part of said side wall in the direction of the perimeter of the luggage, interrupted and connected by the upper opening connection, under which is secured, in the extent between the backed frame wall and the outer front wall of the luggage, the flexible upper flap of a width which covers the folding cross frame in its upper half both in the folded and deployed position and knowing that the horizontal lower part of the side wall is provided with attachment points connected to the free lower ends of the folding cross frame and connected together so that this interconnection of the attachment points of the free lower ends which move away from each other; others during the deployment of the folding cross frame, determines the widest spacing possible between each pair of said free lower ends which move away from each other and at the same time the second main compartment is delimited by the outer front wall, the side walls and finally delimited by a flexible partition whose thickness and rigidity are less than the thickness and rigidity of the side walls and the outer front wall. It is advantageous to attach the upper flexible flap on the sides also to the side walls, in the extent between the outer front wall and the primary or armored rear wall. It is also advantageous if the opening top connection connecting the circumferential opening in the upper part of the side walls, including the upper horizontal part of said side walls, is made as a zipper. It is then advantageous if the flexible partition between the first main compartment and the second main compartment of the storage space is connected to the flexible sheath of the luggage along its periphery, and at the junction of the side walls with the outer front wall of the luggage and at the same time its dimensions and its shape conform to the size and shape of the first main compartment of the luggage storage space in the area between the level or the surface of the junction of the flexible partition and the flexible sheath of the luggage and the level or surface of the dorsal wall with armature. The folding cross frame is designed in itself advantageously, so that on the sides are intersecting and at the crossing connected by a pivot the feet which are connected in the upper and lower part of the folding cross frame, from one side to the other by horizontal bars, to which is attached in the upper part, a flexible coating, creating at the same time the carrier layer of the flexible seat surface and where the flexible covering interconnects these horizontal bars in the extended position of the baggage, and this by limiting the length of this flexible coating the free opening of the upper part of the folding cross frame. It is then advantageous for the described construction of the folding cross frame, if the legs of the folding cross frame pass through the openings created in the horizontal lower part of the side wall of the flexible sheath of the luggage, where at the same time time this horizontal lower part of the side wall, in the areas between these openings for the legs of the folding cross frame, forms attachment points, connected to the lower free ends of the folding cross frame, while at the same time In the meantime, the lower horizontal bars between the legs of the folding cross frame in its lower part are an element limiting the advancement of these feet from the first main compartment of the storage space downwards. In connection with the legs of the folding crossframe it is then advantageous if their part, protruding downward from the storage space is covered by the lower flexible flap. This flexible lower flap is advantageously attached to the flexible sheath of the bag, on one of its longitudinal sides with the aid of a separable lower slide, by opening or by withdrawal, and its other longitudinal side, at least one location by means of a Velcro-fastening strip, and wherein at least in the central third of the length of the second longitudinal side of the flexible lower flap is housed a part of the magnetic connecting element, the second part of which is placed on the surface of the outer front wall of the luggage, while at the same time on the lower horizontal side wall of the luggage appears parallel to the lower flap a storage compartment of said flexible lower flap, which can be closed using the lower slide pocket. It is also advantageous, if the folding cross frame is in its lower part equipped with at least two wheels. Finally, it is advantageous if the luggage is equipped in the upper part of its outer front wall and its primary or back-armored wall with flexible handles, where the rear or primary armored wall is at the same time designed as the back wall of the body. backpack, which is equipped with shoulder straps. These handles can serve on the one hand to maintain the bag when sitting on the luggage, to prevent it from falling or slipping on the side, especially if it is equipped with casters, on the other hand they can be used to seize the respective sides of the luggage to facilitate its deployment, so for unfolding from the folded position, or we can also hang the luggage to said handles, or for example in case of relatively heavy load, wear it more easily to two. The shoulder straps are appropriate especially in the version typically made as a backpack, they may be appropriate also in the baggage version or possibly even suitcase, where it is not so typical, but even such a variant is possible. However, both the bag and suit version can be wheeled, but not necessarily.
If it is indicated that the flexible sheath of the bag delimits inside the storage space, comprising at least two main compartments, then in this spirit it is also possible to create a delimitation of the shared storage space inside. in several main compartments and possibly also by segmenting these main compartments for example by partitions in several sections or partial storage spaces. It is also possible to attach to the sheath of the bag, in a fixed or detachable manner, other storage spaces such as pouches, pockets, etc.
Explication des dessins Thus, this luggage is conceived, particularly of the backpack type, of great versatility and with the possibility of creating two modifications, that of the luggage and the seat, knowing that the luggage will always remain usable as a backpack and also as a seat and it will always be possible to fold them at the same time, so to fold at the same time the parts constituting the luggage and seat, because the folding mechanism is integrated directly to the luggage itself. Exemple de réalisation de l'invention Exemplary embodiment of the invention
L'ossature croisée pliante 10 est ici à elle-seule avantageuse, ainsi sur ses côtés sont conçus les pieds H entrecroisés entre eux et reliés à leur croisement par un pivot 110, lesquels dans la partie supérieure et inférieure de l'ossature croisée pliante 10 sont reliés des deux côtés par des barres horizontales supérieures 12 et des barres horizontales inférieures 13, où les cloisons supérieures horizontales 12 sont reliées à un revêtement flexible qui constitue en même temps la couche porteuse de la surface d'assise flexible 14 et où ce revêtement flexible relie entre elles ces barres horizontales supérieures 12, en position déployée du bagage 100, et cela en limitant l'ouverture libre de la partie supérieure de l'ossature croisée plianteThe convertible bag 00 of the backpack type taken here for example is described as a backpack containing a folding cross frame 10 with a flexible seating surface 14 and a flexible sheath 20 defining the storage space in said luggage 100 where at the same time the folding cross frame 10 is placed inside and along the periphery of the storage space of the bag 100, fixedly housed in the flexible sheath 20 of the luggage 100 and set for folding and deployment. in the direction perpendicular to the dorsal frame wall 21 of the baggage 100, here the backpack, and at the same time, the flexible seat surface 14 is manufactured as a flexible coating, attached to the upper part of the crossbeam Folding 10. The technical combination of the following elements, through which the advantageous and comprehensive effects and possibilities of use of the luggage described for example are achieved, is essential. The storage space comprises two main compartments, knowing that the first main compartment 210 and delimited by the rear wall frame 21, equipped with shoulder straps 212. then delimited by the side walls 24 whose rigidity is less than that of the rear wall 21, and finally delimited by the flexible partition 23 whose thickness and rigidity are still less than the thickness and rigidity of the side walls 24. However, it is in this first main compartment 210 that is the folding cross frame 10 knowing that the side walls 24 are in their lower half designed to a thickness such that it covers the folding cross frame 10 also in a folded position in the extended position, while the side walls 24 are in their upper half, including the upper horizontal portion 242 of this side wall 24, of such a width that it covers the folding cross frame 10 only in its folded position, while these side walls 24 are in this upper half, including the upper horizontal portion 242 of this side wall 24, in the direction of the periphery of the bag 100 interrupted and connected by an upper opening connection 240, here a current slide fastener, in which in the extent between the armored back wall 2J_ and the outer front wall 22 of the luggage 100, The flexible top flap 25 is attached with a width which covers the folding crossbeam in its upper half both in the folded and extended positions. The horizontal lower part 241 of the side wall 24 is provided with attachment points 2410. connected to the free lower ends of the folding cross frame 10 and at the same time to the other attachment points 2410 connected to each other, so that this interconnection of the attachment points 2410 during the deployment of the folding crossframe 10 and the removal of the lower free ends of said frame 10 ^ determines the maximum possible spacing for each pair of said free lower ends. At the same time, the second main compartment 220 of the storage space is delimited by the outer front wall 22, the side walls 24, and finally delimited by a flexible wall 23 of a thickness and a rigidity less than thickness and rigidity of the side walls 24 and the outer front wall 22. The access with closure, the second compartment is designed as an opening front connection 222. which is concretely realized here by a current zipper, which after having was opened, opens said second main compartment 220 to place or remove the contents of this second main compartment 220. The upper flexible flap 25 is here fixed at the same time on both sides to the side walls 24 in the extent between the outer front wall 22 and the back wall with 2Λ armature. The flexible partition 23 between the first main compartment 210 and the second main compartment 220 of the storage space is here connected to the flexible sheath 20 of the luggage 00 along its periphery, and at the junction of the side walls 24 with the outer front wall 22 of the luggage 100 and at the same time its dimensions and shape correspond to the dimensions and shape of the first main compartment 210 of the luggage storage space 100 in the extent between the level or the connecting surface of the flexible partition 23 with the sheath flexible bag 20 and the level or the surface of the rear wall frame 21 of the backpack. Thus, it is virtually all the storage space, ie the sum of the volume of the first main compartment 210 and the second main compartment 220, which can be used as a useful volume for the material to be placed there. The folding cross-frame 10 is here in itself advantageous, and on its sides are designed the feet H intersecting with each other and connected to their intersection by a pivot 110, which in the upper and lower part of the folding cross frame 10 are connected on both sides by upper horizontal bars 12 and lower horizontal bars 13, where the horizontal upper partitions 12 are connected to a flexible liner which is at the same time the carrier layer of the flexible seat surface 14 and where this coating flexible connects these upper horizontal bars 12, in the extended position of the luggage 100, and this by limiting the free opening of the upper part of the folding cross frame
There is then for the construction described here, folding cross frame 10 a layout where the feet
En plus de cela, ladite liaison, réalisée par entrelacement des forces des points d'attache 24 0 par-dessus la surface qui les sépare, de la partie inférieure horizontale 241 de la paroi latérale 24, assure aussi la limite du déploiement libre de l'ossature croisée pliante 10, et cela dans sa partie inférieure, de même qu'une telle ouverture est limitée dans sa partie supérieure par la liaison mutuelle de leurs barres horizontales supérieures 12 à l'aide de la surface d'assise flexible 14. 11 of the folding crossbeam 10 pass through attachment points 2410, made here as openings with reinforced borders in the lower horizontal portion 241 of the side wall 24 of the sheath 20 of the luggage, where at the same time this lower horizontal portion 241 of the side wall 24, in the areas between these attachment points 2410. already mentioned openings made for the feet H, folding cross frame 1ÇL . creates bonds between the attachment points cited 2410. connected to the lower free ends of the folding cross-frame 10, either at the free lower ends of the legs H, while at the same time those of the horizontal bars 12, 13 between the legs H of the folding cross frame 10, which is in its lower part, the lower partitions 13, are a limiting element of the advancement of said feet H by the attachment points 2410. here, therefore, by the openings with reinforced edges in the lower horizontal portion 241 of the side wall 24, and this by the element limiting the measurement of the advancement of the feet H from the first compartment 210 of the storage space down. In addition to this, said connection, made by interleaving the forces of the attachment points 24 0 over the surface which separates them, from the horizontal lower part 241 of the side wall 24, also ensures the limit of the free deployment of the 10, and this in its lower part, as such an opening is limited in its upper part by the mutual connection of their upper horizontal bars 12 with the aid of the flexible seat surface 14.
Compared to the feet 11 of the folding cross frame 10 ,. an adaptation has been made here, with part of the feet 11 protruding down from the storage space, covered by a flexible lower flap 26. This lower flexible flap 26 is here attached to the flexible sheath 20 of the luggage 100 on the one of its longitudinal sides by means of a separable lower slide 261, and this by separation or by withdrawal, and on the other of its free longitudinal sides, here only in its middle, with the aid of a Velcro strap 262, hookable to the outer surface of the rear wall 21 of the backpack and at the same time halfway length of the other free longitudinal side of the lower flexible flap 26 is housed the first part 2641 of the magnetic junction element 264. here concretely one of the two permanent magnets, whose second part 2642 here therefore the second permanent magnet of opposite pole, is placed on the surface of the outer front wall 22 of the luggage 100, where i Alternatively, the free edge of the lower flexible flap 26 may be secured. At the same time, on the lower horizontal portion 241 of the side wall 24 of the luggage 100, parallel to the lower flexible flap 26, there is a storage pocket 260 of this bag. flexible lower flap 26, which can be closed by the lower separable pocket zipper 263. The folding crossframe 10 can also be advantageous in its lower part, of at least two wheels, knowing that this embodiment is not illustrated here, for the sake of simplification. As an advantage, the luggage 100 is here equipped in the upper part of its outer front wall 22 with a flexible front handle 221 and in the upper part of its rear frame wall 21 with a rear flexible handle 211. Where at the same time , in this version, the primary or dorsal frame wall (21) is made as the back wall of the backpack, provided with the straps 212 already mentioned. The handles mentioned 221.211 can serve on the one hand to hold the baggage 100 when a person sits on the luggage 100, to prevent it from falling or slipping on the side, particularly it is equipped with wheels, on the other hand they can be used to seize the respective sides of the luggage 100 to facilitate its deployment, so for unfolding from the folded position, or we can also hang the luggage 100 with the help of these handles 221, 211 or, for example, in the case of a relatively heavy load, more easily to two.
If it is indicated here, that the sheath of the luggage delimits inside the storage space, comprising at least two main compartments, more precisely in the pilot embodiment present, precisely two main compartments 210,220, then in this spirit, the delimitation of the storage space can be achieved by internal segmentation into several main compartments and possibly by segmentation of these main compartments themselves 210,220, for example by partitions in several sections, or partial segments of storage spaces.
Here too, as an example, we realize a bag-type bag with great variability and the possibility of making both modifications, where the baggage will always be used as a backpack and also as a seat and at the same time it will always be possible fold it, at the same time folding the parts forming the luggage and the seat, because the folding mechanism is integrated directly into the storage space. The first main compartment 210 serves to receive the folding cross frame 0 and separates including the second main compartment 220 which is intended to contain the material, and on the contrary this load is protected from contact with the frame 10 and thus deterioration possibly caused by the frame 10. The flexible lower flap 26 serves to protect objects and people around dirt and damage caused by the free ends of feet H which protrude. However, this lower flexible flap 26 can either be fully wound and housed in the pocket 260, or it can be completely detached. In the covering position of the feet H the lower flexible flap 26 attached by its free edge by a hook and loop fastener (Velcro) 262 to the lower part of the backed frame wall 21, or conversely in the position of the feet 11 discovered, so typically when seated on the seat, the flexible lower flap 26 is attached by its free edge by a magnetic connecting element 264 to the lower part of the outer front wall 22.

Application industrielle Industrial application
The equipment according to the invention filed can be used as luggage in the form of a backpack and at the same time as a seat, knowing that both are folding at the same time to facilitate their transport, if the luggage contains no load , or if it is necessary to reduce the space when storing the luggage, in case of its non use.
