Abstract

  TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the technical sector of bags or luggage having shelving.

  Technical problem: There is a real need to have a bag or luggage for transporting items or various items (clothes, etc ...) while being able to compartmentalize the interior space of the bag, and this simply and quickly, and of course while ensuring optimal rigidity.

  PRIOR ART: Suitcases possessing such compartments with solid shelves are known. The disadvantages of these bags are that they are very bulky, heavy, and that we can not modulate at will the size of the compartments, making their use difficult. Trolley-type bags with soft-walled compartments are also known. The main disadvantage of this type of bag is not having a modularity of the storage space.

  SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a bag or luggage having rigid and removable shelving or plates in order to be able to separate the available storage space of the bag into different compartments.

  Figure 1 is a view of the bag or luggage according to the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention thus relates to a bag or luggage (1) having rigid and removable racks (2) making it possible to easily separate and hold in place the elements or articles (clothes, etc.) contained in inside said bag or baggage. By bag or luggage, here means any transport item of different sizes for carrying various items (clothes, ...).

  The bag or luggage according to the invention comprises rigid shelving polypropylene honeycomb or any other suitable rigid material accessible to the skilled person. The size of the shelves obviously being related to the size and shape of the bag or luggage.

  These shelves have fastening means (3) VelcroTM type for placing the shelves in position on the side walls and on the bottom of said bag or luggage. It is naturally possible to replace this attachment means with another (for example, a system comprising slides, racks etc ...) but it is this fastening means that provides the most satisfaction from a strength point of view fixing and modularity.

  Said fixing means (the preferred number of three) are sewn over almost the entire length of said shelves at the rear portion and the side portions of the bag or luggage. Said lateral parts (formed in the same material as the shelves) being obviously adapted to the VelcroTM type fixing. These VelcroTM strips are a few centimeters wide (2 to 5 cm) allowing a solid fixation on the bag or luggage, avoiding any risk of unwanted movement by the user when handling or moving the bag or luggage.

  With this attachment means, the shelves can be removed, or moved at will along the entire length of the inner walls of the bag or luggage, thus allowing a total optimization of the storage space according to the wishes of the user.

  Said fixing means are sewn on the shelves, such that said fastening means tend to move towards the center of the rack, when the latter is in a withdrawn position of the bag or luggage, thus allowing an easy and quick insertion.

  The shelves, according to a preferred embodiment, comprise on the top a flap (4) fixed by an elastic means of the strap type (or any other elastic means accessible to those skilled in the art). This flap to keep in place the content plated against said shelf avoiding any displacement of the contents when handling the bag or luggage. Said flap, according to a preferred embodiment, is made of the same solid material as the shelving, namely cellular polyproylene.

  The bag or luggage (1) contains several shelves (2) of the type described above, preferably three. This number may vary according to the desired uses as well as according to the size of the items to be transported.

  Said shelves are preferably placed vertically with respect to the opening of said bag or luggage, and may also be placed horizontally with respect to this same opening.

  According to another embodiment, the shelves (2) can be covered with an anti-slip element, thus ensuring increased stability of the contents.

  Said bag or luggage comprises, in the central position at the front, an EclairTM closure closure means which makes it possible to open the bag or luggage in almost totality so as to easily access the available space of said bag and consequently of the bag. easy access to the shelves.

  For the sake of solidity and aesthetics, it is also possible to add an additional closure type loop.

  The bag or luggage may have, for ease of handling during transport, two wheels located on the lower part of said bag that is to say be trolley type. At the opposite of these wheels are provided two feet of support so that the bag keeps its balance while standing.

  According to a further preferred embodiment, the bag or luggage (1) further contains a retractable telescopic pull handle, placed on the outer portion of the bottom of said bag or luggage (i.e., portion opposite to the bag opening) to improve handling.

  The handle and the wheels are made of suitable material well known to those skilled in the art (plastic, aluminum, etc ...).

  Preferably, the bag or luggage (1) can also be equipped on the sides with two handles (which can be joined together) so that the bag can be carried by hand, as well as two pockets.
