Abstract

Dispositif de couchage d’appoint du bébé contenu dans un sac à dos. L’invention concerne un couffin pliable permettant le couchage d’appoint de l’enfant de moins de 3 ans et pouvant être rangé dans un sac à dos prévu à cet effet. Il est constitué d’un sac à dos (1) contenant un couffin (2) composé de trois coussins (3,4) et de parois souples (5). L’utilisateur peut plier le couffin (2) en ramenant les coussins (4) sur le coussin (3) en suivant les coutures (9) et en ramenant les parois (5) vers l’intérieur, puis refermer le sac (1) grâce aux fermetures à glissière (8). Du matériel de puériculture peut être rangé dans une poche intérieure (6) accessible depuis l’extérieur par une fermeture à glissière (7). Le dispositif selon l’invention est destiné à la puériculture et particulièrement au couchage d’appoint de l’enfant de 0 à 3 ans. L’invention désigne un sac à dos contenant un couffin dépliable permettant le couchage d’appoint de l’enfant de moins de 3 ans et le transport des affaires de l’enfant.The invention designates a rucksack containing a fold-out basket allowing the extra bed of the child under 3 years old and the transport of the child's belongings.

Les brevets correspondant aux numéros de notices WO9748363, EP0840564 et FR2920653 présentent des similitudes dans l’usage avec notre dispositif. Des solutions pour le couchage d’appoint de l’enfant existent également dans le commerce mais aucune ne combine le porté dos, le couchage d’appoint et la possibilité de transporter d’autres affaires. De plus, aucun dispositif, à notre connaissance, n’utilise le même système de pliage.The patents corresponding to the notice numbers WO9748363, EP0840564 and FR2920653 have similarities in use with our device. Le présent dispositif combine la possibilité d’être porté au dos, ergonomique, et la capacité de transporter en plus du couffin les affaires du bébé. Le sac est composé de deux parties assemblées par deux fermetures à glissière se rejoignant au milieu de sa hauteur de chaque côté, permettant une ouverture totale ou une ouverture partielle (seulement le haut du sac) suivant les besoins. Une fois le sac ouvert entièrement on peut déplier le couffin. Celui-ci se présente plié en trois selon les proportions suivantes : un coussin de la moitié de sa longueur totale, et deux coussins de chacun un quart de sa longueur totale. Sa taille une fois déplié atteint donc le double de la hauteur du sac à dos, soit pour un sac à dos de dimensions « standard », le couffin atteint entre 80 centimètres et 1 mètre de longueur. Les coussins sont assemblés entre eux par une couture qui guide le pliage. Les parois du couffin, souples pour permettre le pliage, peuvent alors être dépliées vers l’extérieur afin d’empêcher l’enfant de rouler hors du couchage. Elles mesurent environ 20 centimètres de hauteur. Afin de permettre le pliage du couffin et la fermeture du sac, elles doivent être repliées vers l’intérieur, l’une sur l’autre. L’utilisateur peut donc plier le couffin en ramenant les petits coussins sur le grand coussin en suivant les coutures puis ramener les parois vers l’intérieur avant de fermer le sac à dos grâce aux fermetures à glissière extérieures.
Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation :
- le couffin peut être rendu amovible par la présence de fermetures à glissière, de pressions ou de bandes velcro à sa base ;
- La partie avant du sac peut contenir à l’intérieur une poche permettant le transport des affaires du bébé ;
- La poche intérieure, si elle est présente, peut être accessible par une fermeture à glissière depuis l’extérieur du sac, présentant ainsi un « accès rapide » ;
- l’extérieur du sac peut présenter des poches suivant les considérations esthétiques et pratiques du commanditaire.This device combines the possibility of being worn on the back, ergonomic, and the ability to carry the baby's belongings in addition to the bassinet. According to particular embodiments:
- the bassinet can be made removable by the presence of zippers, press studs or Velcro strips at its base;
- The front part of the bag can contain a pocket inside for transporting the baby's belongings;
- The inside pocket, if present, can be accessed by a zipper from the outside of the bag, thus providing “quick access”;
- the exterior of the bag may have pockets depending on the aesthetic and practical considerations of the sponsor.

En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif est composé d’un sac à dos (1) fermé par deux fermetures à glissière (8) permettant d’ouvrir complètement le sac. Le couffin (2) intégré au dos du sac se déplie comme indiqué dans la figure 3, en trois coussins (3,4) et des parois (5). Les coussins sont solidarisés par des coutures (9) qui facilitent le pliage. Dans la forme de réalisation selon les figures 1 et 4, une poche intérieure (6) permet de ranger les affaires de l’enfant. Elle est accessible depuis l’extérieur du sac en cas de besoin par une fermeture à glissière (7). Selon des variantes non illustrées, une ou plusieurs poches extérieures peuvent être ajoutées pour donner des rangements supplémentaires. Le couffin peut être rendu amovible par un système de velcro, de pressions, ou de fermetures à glissière. Le devant du sac peut ne pas comporter d’accès rapide à l’intérieur. Claims

Baby's booster sleeping device characterized in that it comprises a backpack (1) containing a bassinet (2) folded into three parts (3,4) measuring respectively half and twice a quarter of its length total, assembled by sewing (9), and provided with flexible walls (5) folding inwards.

Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that it is closed by two zippers (8) meeting on each side in the middle of the height of the rucksack (1).

Device according to Claim No. 1 or Claim No. 2, characterized in that it comprises an interior pocket (6) filling the space left free by the folding of the bassinet.

Device according to claim 3, characterized by the presence on the outside of a zipper (7) allowing quick access to the inside of the pocket or bag.

Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bassinet is completely removable thanks to Velcro fasteners, press studs or a zipper, so that the bag can be used alone.
