Abstract

The design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the motor scooter shown in the representations; the motor scooter presents a generally symmetrical front structure, an intermediate structural area with a saddle area, and a rear structure; the front structure is generally symmetrical and includes in the upper portion thereof an upwards and rearwards extending in side view forwardly curved windscreen area the upper end of which bends upwards; the windscreen area presents a concave lower edge in front view; a pair of rearview mirrors extend upwards and outwards from the handle bar structure on either side of the windscreen area; the front structure also presents a downwards and rearwards curved lower front surface with a grill-like recessed area therein situated to the rear of the front fender; the front surface of the structure presents a transparent surface situated between the windscreen area and the front fender, the transparent surface curves upwards and rearwards along the sides of the front structure; the transparent surface in front view presents a headlight area located between spaced apart running light areas situated behind the transparent surface; the rear surface of the front structure presents a rearwards extending chevron-like shape in side view with the handle bar structure situated above the upper surface thereof; the intermediate structure curves smoothly downwards from the lower rear surface of the front structure and then bends smoothly upwards and extends along each side of the motor scooter beneath the saddle area and then widens and continues through the rear structure of the motor scooter and wraps around the rear end thereof above the rear fender; the rear structure also presents a shallow V-shaped lower edge in side view.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of the motor scooter;Fig. 2 is a right rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a left front perspective view of the motor scooter;Fig. 4 is a left rear perspective view of the motor scooter;Fig. 5 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 7 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 8 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 9 is a top view thereof; andFig. 10 is a bottom view thereof.
