Rail vehicle fitted with a bar at each bogie anti-roll acting on the secondary suspension.
The present invention relates to a rail vehicle of which at least one bogie chassis has an anti-roll bar acting on the secondary suspension, the anti-roll bar comprising, - ~
at each end, a lever connected to the body through a connecting rod.
Railway vehicles generally consist of a body and two bogies. A bogie has a chassis, and the cai3se is connected to this bogie chassis by means of a suspension, called secondary, which generally consists of two large springs coil and two shock absorbers, a spring-shock absorber couple being installed vertically, on one side of the box.
This arrangement class ~ iqu ~ entered ~ do, during movements relative between body and bogie, of 3 significant deflections of the elastic clip located at each end of a shock absorber and this along several axes, which requires the use of ball joints relatively expensive.
The present invention aims to replace the ball joints by simple stressed cylindrical joints only in torsion and along a single axis. This goal is achieved by _paraging shock absorbers ~ seurs of the body, these then being connected to the châs3is bogie and leviars of the anti-roll bar, the deflections of the body being transmitted to the shock absorbers through connecting rods.
For a bogi ~, this new provision only requires two support3 secured ~ to the rail (two support ~ connecting rods) instead of four in the classic arrangement (two supports connecting rods and two 3support shock absorbers), which facilitates ~ maintenance operation and in particular the lifting of the body.
The present invention has for ob ~ and a railway vehicle at least one of which is a bogie frame comprising an anti-roll bar acting on the secondary suspension, the anti-roll bar comprising, at each end, a lever connected to the body through a connecting rod, the secondary suspension comprising at least two .....

springs and two shock absorbers, the springs being in ~ tallés between the vehicle body and the bogie chassis characterized in that one end of each shock absorber is connected to the chassis of bogie and in that the other end of each shock absorber is connected to a lever of the anti-roll bar.
Preferably, a lever has two arms, a connected arm has one end of a connecting rod, and another arm connected to one end a shock absorber.
I1 is described below, by way of example and with reference in the accompanying drawings, a rail vehicle according to the invention.
Figure 1 shows one side of a vehicle bogie.
Figure 2 is a section along II of the ~ igure 1.
In Figure 1 are shown schematically and in partial view, the body 1 of the vehicle, the chassis 2 of one of the two bogies, seen from the side, one of the two springs 3 of the bogie, one of the two shock absorbers 4, and one of the four wheels 5 of the bogie. This figure also shows an anti-roll bar 6 and a connecting rod ô. Bar 6 is better visible in FIG. 2. The lever 7 comprises two arms 7a, 7b.
The connecting rod 8 is connected to the arm 7a via a ball 9 and a ~ upport 11, integral with the body 1, by means of diary of a patella 10.
The damper 4 e ~ t connected to the arm 7b via a cylindrical joint 12, and has a support 14, integral bogie frame 2, via a cylindrical articulation than 13.
The connecting rod 8 and the lever 7 of the anti-roll bar 6 are therefore used to transmit displacements to the shock absorber vertical between the cai ~ se and the chassis of the bogie.
A judicious choice of arm lengths 1a and lb allows adjust the damping using standard shock absorbers with regard to racing and visoo3ity.
The invention applies to torsion bars with bearings inside the levers, as shown in ~ igure 2, but of course, it also applies to torsion bars ~
_ 3 _ 1328 ~ S ~ -external bearing 3.
In addition, cstte horizontal position of the shock absorbers e ~ t particularly interesting in the case of railway vehicles low floor.
