上記した目的を達成するために、本発明の鉄道車両用台車は、レール方向に水平に配置した2個の各ヨーダンパの一方端を、台車の回転中心から所定の距離を隔てた位置に、車軸とほぼ平行にかつ台車に対して回転が自在なように配置したねじり棒の、左右両端に各々固定すると共に、各ヨーダンパの他方端は、車体から垂下されたダンパ受け部材に枢支連結するようにしたのである。そして、このようにすることで、ヨーダンパに加えてアンチローリング装置を備えた場合においても、可及的に重量増加を抑制することができる。
