鉄道車両用台車には、車体のローリングを防止するためにアンチローリング装置を取り付けたものがある。このアンチローリング装置は、基本的には、図3に示すように、対をなす側梁1間に、回転が自在なようにねじり棒2を枢支状に配置し、このねじり棒2の両端に取付け腕3の一端を夫々取り付け、これら取付け腕3の他端を、一端を車体4に枢支状に取付けたリンク5の他端と枢支状に連結した構成である。なお、図3中の6は車輪と干渉しない位置で前記側梁1を固定すべく前後に配置された横梁である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、鉄道車両用台車には、各種ブラケットや、配管、カバー等、多数の部品が取付けられるので、こらの部品同士が干渉しないようにすることが重要な課題である。

このように鉄道車両用台車では、多数の部品を取付けるので、アンチローリング装置を取付けないものでも部品同士の干渉を防止するのは大変であることから、台車枠と車体間の狭いスペースに、上記したようなアンチローリング装置を取付ける場合はなおさら部品同士の干渉を防止するのは大変である。

本発明は、上記した課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、アンチローリング装置を取り付けた場合にも、部品同士の干渉を可及的に避けることができる鉄道車両用台車を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した目的を達成するために、本発明の鉄道車両用台車は、鉄道車両用台車に設置するアンチローリング装置のねじり棒を、横梁の内部に内装することとしたのである。そして、このようにすることで、鉄道車両用台車にアンチローリング装置を取り付けた場合にも、部品同士の干渉を可及的に避けることができるようになる。

本発明の鉄道車両用台車は、左右に配置された側梁と、車輪と干渉しない位置で前記左右の側梁を固定すべく前後に配置された2本の横梁を備えた鉄道車両用台車において、鉄道車両用台車に設置するアンチローリング装置のねじり棒を、前記横梁の内部に内装したものである。

本発明の鉄道車両用台車は、上記したように構成したので、多数の部品を取付けた鉄道車両用台車にアンチローリング装置を取り付ける場合にも、部品同士の干渉を可及的に避けることができる。

以下、本発明の鉄道車両用台車を図1及び図2に示す一実施例に基づいて説明する。

図1において、11はレールと同方向に水平に配置したヨーダンパ、例えばオイルダンパであり、例えば側梁1の外側にそれぞれ一個ずつ、計2個配置されている。そして、これらヨーダンパ11の一方端を、台車を構成する側梁1に回転が自在なように支持させたねじり棒2の左右の両端に枢支させると共に、他方端は、車体4から垂下されたダンパ受け部材12に、例えばゴムブッシュ13を介して枢支連結させている。

図1に示した実施例では、アンチローリング装置として、取付け腕にヨーダンパ11を採用し、取付け腕すなわちヨーダンパ11と車体4間に介設する腕を、車体4から垂下状に設けたダンパ受け部材12として、車体4に剛に結合することで、アンチローリング装置にヨーダンパの機能を付加したものを示したが、これに限らないことはいうまでもない。

例えば図1に示した実施例では、その構成上、ヨーダンパ11のピストン11bとシリンダ11aの接触部に曲げモーメントが作用することになるが、これを避けるためには、図2に示したように、シリンダ11aと車体4の間を、例えばリンク14で連結して、ヨーダンパ11を構成するシリンダ11aと、ピストン11bを一自由度で拘束するようにすれば良い。このようにすれば、台車と車体4間でローリングが生じた場合には、ねじり棒2にトルクを加える曲げモーメントを、シリンダ11aとリンク14が負担することになるので、車体側のダンパ受け部材12はピストンロッド11cを介して前後荷重のみを負担することになる。

以上説明したように、本発明の鉄道車両用台車では、アンチローリング装置のねじり棒を、横梁の中を通すことにしているので、多数の部品を取付ける鉄道車両用台車にアンチローリング装置を取り付ける場合にも、部品同士の干渉を可及的に防止することができる。
