The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of an automobile as shown in the drawings; the automobile has front fenders, a short bonnet, a grill, a front bumper, front combination lamps, a windshield, a roof, front and rear roof supports, front and rear driver and passenger side doors; rear fenders, a rear window, rear combination lamps, and a rear bumper; each front fender has a side surface and an upper surface; the upper surface has a pointed front end portion and a rear end portion; the curved inner edge of each fender conforms to the adjacent side edge of the bonnet; the pointed front end portion of the upper surface of each fender has an adjacent generally V-shaped recess which is situated adjacent a rear portion of the upper edge and the angled outside edge of the front combination lamp; the upper rear end of each fender conforms to the adjacent lower edges of the windshield, the roof support, and the forward portion of the front door window; the side surface of each front fender has a large curved lower forward edge which forms a portion of the edge of the front wheel well; a ridge is spaced outwardly from and generally follows the curvature of the lower forward edge of the side surface of the front fender; the generally symmetrical short bonnet has a generally straight front edge, a concave rear edge in plan view, and generally straight sides; the bonnet curves downwards from the rear edge to the front edge thereof; the generally symmetrical front bumper has side surfaces and a front surface having a central recessed grill area therein; the central recessed grill area has spaced-apart slightly downwards bowed generally identical ribs; the side edges of the central grill area are angled slightly outwards and merge through sharp corners into the top edge of the central grill area; the grill area has bumper lamps adjacent opposite ends thereof; the front surface of the bumper above the central recessed grill area and on either side of the recessed grill area curves smoothly outwards and rearwards and merges into the side surfaces of the front bumper; the side surfaces of the front bumper have curved rear edges which form the front edges of the front wheel wells; a generally symmetrical grill is situated between the upper edge of the front bumper and the front edge of the bonnet and extends between the inner edges of the front combination lamps; the grill in elevation view has downwards and inwards angled sides, a shallow V-shaped lower edge, a straight upper edge, and a forwardly projecting central shield-like area having rounded comers; rib-like members extend generally horizontally between the sides of the grill above and adjacent to the shield-like area; a further rib-like member below the shield-like area is bowed slightly downwards in elevation view; the front combination lamps are situated on either side of the grill, above the front bumper, and adjacent to the front fender; each front combination lamp has a curved transparent front surface and an inner structure behind the transparent front surface; each front combination lamp has rounded comers, an angled outer edge, an angled inner edge, and an upper edge and a lower edge which are generally straight in elevation view and bowed in plan view; each front combination lamp has upper outer and lower inner acute angles between the adjacent edges thereof, the lower portion of each transparent front surface has a translucent area extending the width thereof; the inner structure has a first and a second generally cylindrical section; the outer generally cylindrical section has a recessed inner transparent surface;the windshield is curved from one side to the other and has a forward edge which conforms to the rear edge of the bonnet, a pair of generally straight side edges adjacent the front roof supports, and a concave rear edge in plan view; the roof curves slightly outwardly from side to side and slightly outwards between the forward and rear edges thereof; the forward edge of the roof conforms to the rear edge of the windshield while the rear edge of the roof is curved outwards and extends slightly outwards in plan view beyond the upper edge of the rear window; the rear of the automobile has a rear window which is bowed outwards and merges into a lower gate area; the rear window has straight downwardly diverging side edges which merge into rear side edges of the rear roof supports; the lower gate area has generally straight side edges which are angled slightly inwards to a generally straight lower edge with curved corners between the side edges and the lower edge of the lower gate area; the lower gate area has an upper edge which conforms to the lower edge of the rear window; the lower gate area has a central area which is generally U-shaped and has a rectangular license plate area therein with a small shield-like area above the license plate area; the rear combination lamps are situated adjacent the side edges of the lower gate area and the lower comers of the rear window and extend part way along the rear fenders of the automobile; each rear combination lamp has a curved mostly translucent surface with a central and an upper transparent area; the translucent front surface in elevation view has a sharply pointed area extending part way along the rear fender and a curved upper edge which extends from the pointed area to the lower comer of the rear window; the lower edge of the translucent front surface is outwardly curved along its length in plan view; the lower transparent area extends most of the width of the surface of the rear combination lamp and has generally parallel upper and lower edges; the upper transparent area is arcuate in plan view and has generally parallel upper and lower edges; a line extends from the front comer of each rear combination lamp along the rear and front doors of the automobile to adjacent the upper and outer comer of the front combination lamp; the rear bumper has an outwardly curved front surface in plan view; the front surface merges smoothly into side surfaces of the bumper through curved comer areas; the side surfaces have curved front edges which form the rear portions of the rear wheel wells; the rear bumper has a central shallow and broad V-shaped indentation extending along the length thereof; a corresponding shallow and broad V-shaped indentation extends along the rear and front doors of the automobile between the rear and front wheel wells; a forwardly pointed area curves along the rear fender around the rear wheel well and bends forwards and narrows along its length across the rear door to a sharp point situated part way along the front door of the automobile; the front doors have straight side edges and the rear doors have straight front edges which conform to the rear side edges of the front doors; each rear door has a straight upper rear edge which merges into a forwardly curved lower rear edge which follows the contour of and is spaced forwards from the rear wheel well; the front and rear doors have a common door handle area which is generally trapezoidal with slightly rounded corners; the rear fender is situated beneath a generally rectangular rear side window which extends rearwards from the rear door; the rear side window has straight upper and lower edges, straight forward and rear edges, and a slightly curved lower rear comer; the rear fenders merge smoothly into the lower ends of the rear roof supports.
