Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the automobile as shown in the drawings; the automobile presents a short bonnet which curves downwards and forwards from a concave rear edge in plan view to a straight forward edge; the automobile presents front fenders having an upwardly and outwardly curved upper surface which merges into a slightly outwardly curved side surface; the automobile also presents a generally flat front surface having round upper and outer corner headlights situated above a generally flat front bumper; the front bumper presents an elongated U-shaped recess along the upper edge and rearwards curved end areas; the automobile presents a front windshield having forwardly curved upper and lower edges and straight forwardly diverging side edges in top plan view; the roof of the automobile is slightly upwardly curved from side to side, has a straight rear edge and a forwardly curved front edge in plan view, and a forward portion which curved downwards to the upper edge of the windshield; the rear window presents a forwardly curved upper portion and a downwards and rearwards sloping main portion with generally straight downwardly diverging side edges in rear elevation view; the automobile also presents generally rectangular rear lamps with rounded upper corners which are situated in the lower corners of the rear window and have slightly forwardly curved outer portions which extend into the rear fenders of the automobile; the rear bumper slopes downwards and rearwards in side view and is curved from side to side in top view; the rear bumper presents a large central generally U-shaped recess with upwardly diverging side surfaces along the upper edge thereof; the rear bumper also presents curved lower corner areas in rear view; the front and rear bumpers present similar recessed areas along the lower edges thereof with upwards and inwards angled side edges; the automobile presents a straight ridge area which extends from each front headlight along each side of the front fender, along each front door and rear fender, adjacent the lower edge of each rear lamp to the upper edge of the upper recessed area in the rear bumper.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of an automobile;Fig. 2 is a right rear perspective view thereof,Fig. 3 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a top plan view thereof; andFig. 6 is a right side elevation view thereof.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the present design.Diagrams of the design are included.
